We book this hotel for our annual family vacation to Michigan. The hotel was very clean and the service was great! Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Had a nice pool for my kids to enjoy and the fitness center actually had free weights and a cable machine instead of all cardio like most hotels.

So far so good. We are having an awesome time. Property is very nice and fresh. Only down is exterior landscaping and parking lot is unfinished. Plenty of available parking. I am a bit sad there was a problem with the pool and the children lost about 2 hours swim time, a major deal in Michigan December. Also, I was charged $75 for my cat for one night. Doesn't seem pet friendly. Seems pet jacking.

The front desk staff was great! They were more than happy to chat with our kiddo and they always asked how the beach was when we returned. Very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was great each day as well!

Very pretty hotel, breakfast was limited in choice’s but perfect for our family. Only thing that was disappointing was the pool was closed and wasn’t listed anywhere online before we booked (the reason we booked a hotel for one night was to let our kids swim. We then also asked for an hour late check out as they were not busy on that Monday, and was told no because I was booking through hotels.com not and not a hilton rewards member.

Our stay was Great!!! We loved it, wish the pool was a tad warmer but the kids didn't mind(just the adults)! Would choose to stay there over many of the others:)

The suite was a nice size for the family. The cleaning staff was really friendly. Rosie especially. I wanted a chair for my 62 year old mother to play a board game and I asked for one and I hotels.com to assist and the front desk manager or worker didn’t seem to understand my request even this there 100 unused chairs in the lobby. This is where hospitality is a fail for this hotel. Rules are meant to be broken to do the right thing. I will not stay here again.
