Pray you don’t have noisy neighbors or children screaming. The walls are thin and the doors are cut to clear floors so you have 1 inch to 2 inch gaps. Not great. We had to run our computer to make background noise to drown out the screaming child next door. Called the front desk they said they would not move us just monitor the noise for us. Really.

Beautiful property with a cute indoor and outdoor pool and delicious restaurants. Very family friendly place and a quick walk to the lake. Would stay here again.

The front door staff was amazing and very helpful . We had a family of 20 they accommodate us with rooms together and reservations.

Family getaway. Great hotel. Staff is always very helpful and polite. Love the views of the harbor. Restaurant has great food. The complimentary smores kits were a nice touch. We got to make smores at the fire pits that were next to the water. The outside bar is always fun to hang out at. A must stay in St Joseph wether with family or a couple getaway. 5 stars.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff was very accommodating, the hotel itself is very well taken care of, loved the balcony and complimentary robe/slippers in the room, very close to multiple beaches and attractions. Only downfall was the indoor pool was super small and not warm enough considering it was cold in there. Also the view from the balcony isn’t the best, but again just a very short trip from Lake Michigan. We would definitely go back for another family trip.

The lobby, room & restaurant were very nice. My only complaint is that the entire restaurant/lobby area had background music that was too loud. We met family members for an early gift exchange and it was very hard to converse.

The hotel was clean and the staff was always very friendly. The restaurant was a little pricey and the food was meh. The pool is pretty small but, if you have younger kids they will enjoy it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will probably stay there again.

We've stayed there the last 2 summers. This year's experience wasn't as good as last years, but it's still a nice place to stay with good amenities and our kids love the pool, which is hard to come by that close to the beach.
