The Residences at Tewksbury

Extremely unhappy. I booked a 2 bedroom room in January for May 16-18. When we arrived I was told that the room wasn't available bc long term stays had decided to stay longer that I would be given 2 studios. Here in lies the problem..... I had 2 bedrooms together bc I have an autistic son who was traveling with us. So now my husband and I had to split up and have each of us stay separately. This was a major inconvenience for us and a terrible start to our stay. Upon entering the first room, I immediately turned back around and requested a different room. It smelled moldy and wet. I was told again they were sold out and only had one other room which was now on a different floor than my second room. Then after a long day Friday, we returned after 8pm to find one set of keys to the rooms was not working. We had to wait about 20 min for someone to come let us in. We were told she would be right back with new keys and never came back. Have 2 studios left our family no where to eat together or spend time together bc we lacked an eating area and a Livingroom. I find it atrocious that we were not contacted as soon as they knew the room wouldn't be available as we were left with no choice upon arrival. We also feel that having a reservation since January would have given us preference and the other guest should have been told they could not extend their stay. We are very disappointed in this hotel and how we were treated with a disabled child.

I really like this property very clean and everyone was very polite and kind. The only thing didn’t like was that when I came back to the room Saturday afternoon no one became to take the garbage out or to fix the bed the sofa bed also didn’t have sheets. But overall me and my family really had a good time and like the experience.

Perfect room for our family needs. Room for both our teens to have their own space and us to have ours. Short drive to local shops. Outdoor pool was small and had limited hours.

This is not an extended stay hotel for business travelers and families. This is home for many people who are unable to find permanent housing. The rooms were worn, the kitchen included extremely old appliances and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. We were unable to stay as we felt unsafe. We left and rented a room elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Nothing like the pictures. When we arrived there was blood on the sheets where my kids were going to sleep. Gross!

Environment was relaxing Consider using nonskid tiles instead of carpet

The property was very nice and Nichole at the front deck was a God send to me and my family. I will select that hotel for all my travels back to Massachusetts.
