Pool was drained, dry, and full of old algae. After driving and moving a family member, I was looking forward to a dip in the pool, so very disappointing that there is really no pool. The room was clean but in the bathroom there was only 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 K-cup in room for 2 people. Are we going to share the 6 oz of coffee? Fan in bathroom didn't work, lighting was either too dark or too bright, was overcharged for room rate v. Expedia booking (I'll let Expedia know) so don't for pay Sonesta expectations on this one. Some lonely guys hanging out in the lobby for several hours didn't help, sorry, but it felt like a retirement home.

Quick family trip to celebrate a birthday and attend a wake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. Location is hidden so it’s quiet.

Climate control in the room didn't work at all; it was either too hot or too cold. Walls are extremely thin, in this case, the people above us woke us up at 12:30 am, just by arriving and walking around; they also had a a little kid that was running back and forth, and we heard it all underneath. One of the worst motels I have stayed at in many years.

Not a bad place to stay for business trip but not good for family. Pool empty. Pool area overgrown and closed. Whatever, it is a place to sleep. Front desk was great, very friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. There was a large group of kids and their parents traveling for a tournament and they were loud and obnoxious. Kids ran around screaming and banging on room doors and parents sat in the common area drinking beer without disciplining the kids. These people were in the common areas constantly making the hotel unvearable for others. My issue is that hotel staff did NOTHING to fix this. These people were so loud in the common areas that we couldnt hear our tv, let alone sleep. Our door also stuck making the key card difficult to use. The shower screeched. It was just one thing after another. Cute place though...

Upon arrival I was immediately caught off guard with amount of people just hanging out in the lobby and general areas of the hotel. We travel a lot for sports functions and I could tell by the amount of kids there were many families staying there for similar reason. No problem, as we were in the area with our kid for a tournament. However, they took over the entire hotel. Was hoping it would clear out after we returned from dinner around 9:30pm. It was so loud. Kids out of control, parents still hadn't moved from drinking and taking over common area. Staff apparently tried to get them to quiet down but at 11pm I had to go in hall and yell at kids running like elephants myself. I have kids, I don’t expect complete silence, but this was an awful example of bad guests and not great handling by the hotel. We also received keys to an already OCCUPIED room at check in which was concerning for safety and theft reasons. The hotel was very clean, except the garbage thrown around from the large group of guests. Room itself was very clean and comfortable after we got a room that was actually vacant. Not sure if we will stay here again due to the noise and lack of control hotel had over it after multiple guest complaints. Never write reviews, had to for this one. I'll also add we've stayed at a few other hotels in neighboring towns with similar issues but this was definitely the worst experiences overall.
