La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boston-Andover

This hotel was the worst kept hotel I have ever stayed in. The first floor was filled with dog hair and debris that was never vacuumed up the entire time we stayed the breakfast service ended at least 15 minutes before the advertised and time of 10 AM. The staff was rude and was cleaning up the food as my kids were staying in line to get waffles and wouldn’t let them make a waffle even though there was 15 minutes left for the service, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever had and I will never stay again

Perfect for one night stay with my family with indoor pool which my kids loved! Easy WiFi access. Free breakfast in the morning. The kids wished to stay another night. Over all, great stay!

we enjoyed every minute at LaQuinta. Spent some time in the mildly heated pool. had some yummy breakfast, & spent time with family. Will keep on my list for return trips

Was to stay for 5 days and wanted to use the pool.Put my hand in the water and it was cold. You couldn’t even wash dishes in this! Told front desk.Next day same thing so I filed a complaint. Was told their thermometer read 83 minimum standard. So do I have to carry one with me to verify this at every hotel that has a pool? It was cold .Period. Let’s not forget the kids running up and down the second floor hallways late in the afternoon and whoever was having conversations at the desk at 930 pm very loudly. I asked to be put away from everyone else for a room. Best thing that happened was a nice bath. Next time I’ll never choose this hotel brand and forget about exercising in a pool for my back.

A fire alarm was triggered while my family were all at the pool. They closed the pool early then I couldn’t sleep because the ac/heater fro the room was so loud and the bed supper uncomfortable the marrriiout would never

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Only issue we have was the noise level. The first night we have to call the front desk due to the noise from a party upstairs. The second day kids were running around and opening and shutting doors very loudly.

The reason why I chose this location was for the pool because I have a son with autism and he loves being in the water. So I thought this would be perfect. The day after check in we go to the pool only to find out it was closed for cleaning until 2pm. No problem. We wait until 2pm and still nothing. They said the chemicals used to clean the pool were too strong and have not diluted. All in all the pool didn’t open until about 4-5pm. He was only able to enjoy it for about an hour or so due to us having to get ready to go visit family for new years. So I think, ok, tomorrow is another day and he can enjoy the pool area before we head back home. Next day comes and once again the pool is closed for cleaning. Needles to say the child was very upset and I look like the bad guy because he doesn’t understand why it’s closed due to his special needs. And also the toilet see in my room was loose. So yes I was very disappointed with my stay.

Thi hotel gives you the privacy needed to do any work that has to be completed on time by not disturbing with un wanted services. Has okay breakfast. Only worry is the elevator sort of shaky and children noise. Feels safe 24 hours.

Poor customer service on check in Floors were filthy Loud kids running up and down the halls all night

From check in to check out the staff was inconsistent, I prepaid for 3 days, the room I viewed and paid for was not what we got. We needed to call to advise them we were arriving late and they told us we needed to call every hour starting at 10 pm So the night auditor would save our reservation. The first morning, a AFTER we checked in they called my cell at 6 am to ask if we were still planning to check in… and we had already checked in the night before and it should not matter since I prepaid the room . We could not get the room serviced because you have to book that the day before. If you want clean towels you have to leave the dirt ones out in the hallway, so each morning you had the pleasure of seeing dirty towels strewn in the halls and the rooms were not very clean, limited towels and the bathroom was not very clean, the women who checked us in was rude . The evening of the 10th I called to ask how we could get some clean towels and and asked why the room was not serviced was the same women who checked us in and she said “I told you last night what to do you didn’t listen to me, if you want your room serviced you have to tell us on the way out. I didn’t need to be spoken to like a child. The next morning on the saucy pour nephews funeral I stopped at the desk at 8 am and asked to have the room cleaned and that women said no I was too late the assignments were given out and if I wanted the room freshened up I could schedule it for the next day, which was check out
