Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Holyoke

This hotel was chosen because of a family wedding in the immediate vicinity. I can’t say I would recommend this place but in all fairness not sure there are too many options in this town. The staff seemed fine enough but the hotel itself is quite poor. Our room smelled very musty and could visibly see where they tried to cover up an obvious leak. The room looked tired, carpet was worn, the mattress on the bed was complete mush with no support left to it, pillows were completely flat and my husband found blood stains on one of his pillows cases! The bathroom was ok, the shower had signs of mold…again poorly attempted to cover up but I could easily see it. There is a free breakfast in the morning but I only had some coffee. Food looked marginal.

The pictures of the pool make it look like much more of a pool than it is. My kids were very disappointed.

It was a nice stay for the night, the breakfast in the morning was great. Doesn't have a hotel bar or anything like that. There is a small pool, but we didn't go in because there were a ton of kids.

Good value for family passing through the area. The beds were 5 star hotel comfortable!!!!!! My whole family loved the beds.
