Room in a poor state of repair with failed aircon and in room temperatures up to 83 degrees. Disturbance for 1.5 hours for a family that had been travelling for 15 hours and needed rest as they tried to fix the issue which did not work. Only solution was very loud fans in room which brought temperature to 79 degrees which is still uncomfortable to sleep in along with the noise. Poor poor service and zero recognition that they had let people down. Apparently a good brand of hotel yet there is none of that visible in this hotel.

Room was very nice and clean with an absolute amazing view of the harbor. Had a nice patio area to hang out with family in evening. Close to airport with great shuttle service. We will definitely be coming back!

We ate at the restaurant; it took 1 hour & 45 min. to get our food and they still missed 1 of the hamburgers & fries (another 30 min. wait). We did get our drinks until 25 min. after getting our food. The hamburger patties were over cooked (black). This is hands down the worst place my family and I have eaten.

There were children in the next room making a huge amount of noise until 12 am. We had called down to the front desk to complain but it didn't do any good. We had to be up at 3:45 am for a flight and got very little sleep.

Everything was great and such a convenient location of you are flying in or out. They offer a free shuttle to the airport and breakfast was included! My only negative as a mom - we got a room with a bathtub to bathe our kids and it had no water stopper. I called the front desk and was told they don’t have one. We jammed a face cloth to it work but why not have the proper attachments to use the bathrub in your room

They had minimal Christmas Celebration Decorations this year. It was kind of sad for my now 12 year old boy experienced many warm Christmas mornings here in years past Flying in from Taiwan to spend the holidays with our family. I guess this is the end of a wonderful era for we were told that this hotel will be taken over by a new franchise. The staff were mostly pleasant but the long term staff members were gone.

This is probably the most underrated hotel anywhere. The view has locals showing up just to bring their families to dine. The whole staff was excellent. Cannot believe this is a hidden secret.

Had a great experience staying at this place. Great view of the Boston Harbor. And not that far from the airport. If we ever had the chance to visit Boston again, we’ll definitely stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor again and will recommend it to family and friends.
