You can check in and out at a kiosk but there are also front desk staff available
Nice restaurants , one roof top deck/ restaurant
Close to venues, shops, no parking except valet plan to be patient and wait for your vehicle to be returned
The restaurant was expensive but food was prepared well
It was overpriced but it's Boston so to be expected
You are paying for the trendiness of it
Overall fun family wkend in Boston but would stay somewhere more economical next trip

Rooms very very small, difficult to park with valet and must account for time to get the car out of valet. Hotel generally was very loud and busy traffic. Customer service was slim to none, most is by way of the kiosk to check in and out and make your own cards which didn’t work and still had to request their help. Expedia was amazing to contact yotel because I needed to switch locations due to reserving in wrong area of town. This is a great location for two people and no kids.

This property was very accessible to nearby dining, shopping and public transportation - didn’t need to drive at all during our stay. However, having no familiarity with the concept behind the room design for the hotel, my husband and I were very unprepared for how small the rooms actually were, and lack of privacy (and walls) between bathroom and the main sleeping area. If you are traveling with more than one other person or if the person you are traveling with is not your significant other or a child, you will want to consider a different type or style of hotel.

I was quite surprised upon checking in that the daily fees were almost $150 per night. I had three rooms for my family which cost me nearly $900 just in fees for two nights. Extremely disappointed the fees amount was not disclosed at reservation status.

We stay at Yotel anytime we are in Boston and visiting family in the Seaport area. Very clean and rooms are ultra modern with a European vibe. Definitely recommend Yotel as a place to stay in the Seaport District of Boston.

This hotel is great but mostly for Gen Z or Millennials. Rooms are modern, very clean, but they are extremely small. With the reclinable bed, I felt like I was staying in a hospital room. The location is great, and the hotel is very clean, but I don't recommend this hotel to older people or people with children.

Good news: great location, great service, very clean, bed surprisingly comfortable, inexpensive for Boston. Small rooms; use of space impressive.
Bad news: valet on Saturday evening was a challenge be ready to stop traffic and double park. Very noisy if on street side be prepared for horns and sirens. We had to change rooms at 3;30am because someone was having a party in the next room that started at 3am and despite very responsive security they ignored warnings. In many ways a best and worst stay. Staff was very responsive and professional. All in all just wouldn’t recommend for families.

Great option for staying in Seaport District. Our queen bunk was tiny for three but we made it work. We found the adjustable bed to be sooo comfortable and we appreciated the little touches to help save space. Plus that fun vibe! My kid loved it and we’ll keep Yotel on our list for future visits to Boston.
