Hilton Boston Logan Airport

Booked room with 2 queens for my wife and 2 kids to catch an early flight home. They were not queens, they were doubles. It was a tight squeeze for the 4 of us which did not make the $480 cost seem appropriate. The room was equally tiny as well. Facilities, staff and location to airport were great. Food pretty good in the 1 restaurant but cheapest glass of wine was about $18

The airport shuttle to the hotel took 45mins after I called 3 times to ask for a pick up. I had a small child so it was frustrating getting to the room at 1am. The driver was friendly and helpful though.

We had a very early flight out on our last day in Boston so we decided to stay at the airport. It was perfect! As easy and convenient as could be to get the kids up and out for a very early flight.

The TV (or remote) was dead, there was no printed information on how to access the internet (I don’t do QR codes), there was a queue for the restaurant and the take- away choices were excessively over-priced and tasteless. The capper was the young and excessively noisy children racing up and down the hallway after 10:00 pm. The parents were apparently deaf.

Hotel was very conveniently located attached to the airport. The lobby was clean and well appointed. The room was very nice, however not enough face towels given for a family of 4. The AC was quiet, and the shower had more than enough water pressure. Be careful about turning on the faucets as you could get burned rather quickly. Wish there were storage shelves under the sink in the bathroom. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodated us when we needed a late checkout. Overall very pleasant stay for a family.

It worked well for our family staying in two connecting rooms as we had an early morning flight and could walk to the terminal. It has a great gym and convenient coffee shop for buying cereal snacks coffee etc

A lively one night stay for my family of 4, beds were super comfy! Ozzy at the front desk was very kind and was a bright spot after traveling a few hours- he’s fanatic!

Vacation with family

I appreciate the fact that it is as close as one could possibly get to the airport and car rental. Makes it so much easier to have the minimum possible wrangling of small children and luggage paired with the need to return a car.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Boston Logan Airport. The lobby was clean, spacious and light-filled and check-in was easy. We arrived at this property in the evening after a long flight, returning from a family trip overseas. We were hoping for a good meal at a decent restaurant in the hotel and getting a good night's sleep in a nicely appointed room but were disappointed on both counts. The restaurant was a lack-luster pub serving mediocre airport pub-food. I had the kale salad that tasted like one of those pre-processed salads in a bag. My husband had a burger which was okay but nothing special. The room decor was dated and the carpet looked shabby and old. The shower head did not work and functioned more like a tap than a spray of water. The shower was a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain that allowed water from the malfunctioning shower head to leak all over the bathroom floor. I was happy to get out of there early the next morning. The best thing about the hotel was the location.
