Great breakfast choices, quiet rooms, great choice for a family stay. Exercise room was well equipped and well kept.

Very nice clean and modern styled room. Beautiful view of the harbor also. The only problem was the lack of seating in the dining room and way too many unruly kids. Should consider separating the dining rooms having one adult only room and one for families.

Great stay! Very clean! A bit of a walk to the major attractions but you can rent bikes or take a car ride via an app service for around $10-$15. Hotel was fantastic with breakfast and a pool for the kids!

Overall nice. VERY expensive even for Boston. Breakfast and lunge areas very nice. Front desk mixed up our families reservation but eventually got it right. They weee helpful and friendly. They did send us to trolley stop 16 to catch Old Town Trolley but the first pick up stop is actually 14. The other stops are for hotel shuttles. But other than price it was a good stay.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Super clean with a friendly staff. My kids loved the pool! The free breakfast was excellent and the little snack shop was well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. The only real negative was the location is a little out of the way from most of the city sights. There’s also no T station nearby, so we ended up taking a car whenever we went somewhere. Luckily the cars weren’t too expensive but I do wish the hotel had a shuttle to the T or to some tourist areas. Overall though, the hotel was great and I’d definitely stay there again.

I liked that the facility is clean. I liked the security as well. The gym was very good. The pool was a bit small, but perfect for children. What I didn't like was the noise from the a/c unit. Although it is winter, the room was warm and the a/c was pretty loud. Also, the beds were advertised as queen, they were doubles. So if you slept closest to the a/c/window it will be loud; I didnt sleep well the firat night. Considering how busy it was, the breakfast area was too cramped. I would suggest spacing this out and adding another waffle maker perhaps. That's a popular choice , and the line was wicked long. By the time we get the waffle everything else on the plate has gotten cold. It was ok overall. But I wouldn't say that I loved it.

This is not our first trip to the Boston area. We have stayed in many hotels in around the financial district and Back Bay. This is a great hotel if you are fine with catching the subway, taxi, Uber, etc. to get downtown. Our room was great for a family of five. The bathroom was very large with handicap-accessible features. The toilet was in the same space as the shower so you may have to plan your bathroom times, with our family of 5 it was not too difficult. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for the price.

The property itself was very Nice. We used the pool and the fitness center. Both were clean and nice, lots of People used them. Breakfast was good. There are two breakfast areas in the lobby and both were full of people. No on-site options for lunch or dinner was inconvenient because there is nothing around the hotel. They have some pre packaged food in the lobby, which we purchased. The area didn’t feel unsafe, but the staff recommended that we use valet for $60 per day, because the garage down the street may be unsafe. We had some loud next door neighbors and could hear talking and loud music late after getting the kids to bed. Chose this hotel because it is of the Hilton chain, had free breakfast and a pool for the kids. Would stay here again, but would look at other options.
