Very nice clean and modern styled room. Beautiful view of the harbor also. The only problem was the lack of seating in the dining room and way too many unruly kids. Should consider separating the dining rooms having one adult only room and one for families.

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved the free breakfast and the 2 large sections were perfect for everyone; would love for it to be served till 10am every day, though! The little counters with snacks, food and beer had exactly what we needed. The beer on tap is particularly a great idea! The pool is a little bit smaller that we'd have hoped but that didn't really matter; the kids has lots of fun and it was never TOO crowded. The room was clean and well kept. All the staff were nice. Particularly the housekeeping woman on our floor... I forgot to ask her name but she spoke with us every morning and made us feel at home. Lovely lady. If it helps, we were there July 8-13 on the 13th floor and she is a smiling lady with short-ish black curly hair :) Honestly, the front desk staff, breakfast staff and valet staff were ALL really nice and helpful. We'd stay here again!

Great stay! Very clean! A bit of a walk to the major attractions but you can rent bikes or take a car ride via an app service for around $10-$15. Hotel was fantastic with breakfast and a pool for the kids!

Overall nice. VERY expensive even for Boston. Breakfast and lunge areas very nice. Front desk mixed up our families reservation but eventually got it right. They weee helpful and friendly. They did send us to trolley stop 16 to catch Old Town Trolley but the first pick up stop is actually 14. The other stops are for hotel shuttles. But other than price it was a good stay.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Super clean with a friendly staff. My kids loved the pool! The free breakfast was excellent and the little snack shop was well stocked. The room was clean and comfortable. The only real negative was the location is a little out of the way from most of the city sights. There’s also no T station nearby, so we ended up taking a car whenever we went somewhere. Luckily the cars weren’t too expensive but I do wish the hotel had a shuttle to the T or to some tourist areas. Overall though, the hotel was great and I’d definitely stay there again.
