Booked a "non-refundable" room for $242 via Expedia because of a flight cancellation while on a trip with my kids. Shortly after, flight agent was able to get me another earlier flight and I called Expedia to cancel the room within literally 15mins of booking and they contacted the hotel directly and denied the request twice from their end. Terrible customer service.

My only complaint would bthat the shuttle bus to get us to the hotel never showed up! And we have to take Uber with cost out family of 8 a $100

Overall our stay was ok. We arrived and checked in as we’re attending a family wedding close by. We didn’t receive our goody bags from the happy couple until we returned from the wedding. Room was pretty clean, pillows could be more comfortable, and our shower tub wouldn’t drain.

We took shuttle to pick up our family they came in around midnight. We had to call the hotel three times before they showed up. We waited over an hour to get shuttle

My family stayed there for a funeral in the area. We neeeded two rooms so I called the day before our stay and asked if we could get them together. They accommodated us and check in was flawless. Close to the airport and parking was no problem. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The first room were given the bathroom door handle was broken so we switched rooms just in case. We didn't want risk any small pieces or parts coming off since we have a small baby we didn't want to risk our son getting a hold of anything. Secondly the website mentioned infant crib available which was great, however when we got here it's actually just a pack n play. The bottom of pack n plays are quite hard and our son doesn't like that for sleeping so it made sleeping arrangements for him very difficult. It would've been nice to know ahead of time that they don't actually provide infant cribs.

Floors had stains throughout. Common area near lobby always had many people and kids were setup all along the stairs with toys on the stairs preventing guests from walking up. Late night there were scantily dressed women roaming the halls and there was a group of younger guys going in and out of their rooms(s) locking members out resulting in yelling to let them in, etc. Altogether it was quite the unprofessional setting with what appears to be a focal spot for extracurricular activities. The staff however was quite pleasant - the one positive thing about the hotel. Will likely NEVER consider Marriott again.
