Battery Wharf Hotel, Boston Waterfront

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazingly accommodating and friendly. The accommodations were great. The location was central to what we wanted to see. Can’t wait to go back with the rest of the family.

The front desk was very nice and helpful, including the doorman who help us with our suitcases. The young black female was super nice and helpful. I would definitely be back. The room was clean. Most everything I requested was placed in the room. I just had to remind them of the roll out bed. I wish I stayed there longer . Our family would definitely be back.

We love the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to Quincy Market, the Aquarium and Children’s Museum. It was the perfect place to stay with our toddler.

I came with family who had not visited BOSTON. We all had a wonderful time. The hotel was perfect. Everyone could not have been nicer and more helpful. accommodations were Perfect and everything was spotless. I will definitely return again

What a beautiful Hotel! The property is very nice and peaceful, I liked that it was on the wharf and we could go for long walks and have meals outside. When we first arrived to our room housekeeping missed the garbage in the bathroom. That did put me off as it wasn't just paper, it was someone's medication. I told the hotel and housekeeping came by right away to take care of it. Not only that but the hotel manager found out and since I was with my kids she had staff bring us some delicious cookies and milk for them as well as some other goodies. WOW! They really take care of their hotel guests! The hotel is very walkable to many restaurants and also very close to the New England Aquarium which is a must visit. Also, there is little Italy to walk around and Quincy market was nice to walk around at night too. Definitely will try and stay there again if we make it back to Boston.

I liked looking at the harbor area. Didn't like that our group could not sit at the tables without ordering a drink and food. We were a family of 8 adults.

Everyone who worked at the Battery Wharf was so friendly to my kids and I. It was a very warm welcome and a wonderful stay. The front desk manager and staff helped us with tickets, directions and asked us about our day each time they saw us!

Beautifully appointed hotel with amazing customer service in prime Boston location! We brought the kids and everything was wonderful. Only thing we would change is to ask for a room with a refrigerator (ours had a tiny one that was full of mini bar items)...our kids rarely eat everything and we ended up wasting a lot of leftovers.
