This hotel is centrally located in a very nice area of the north side of the city. The property itself is very nice and clean , the rooms are standard size good enough for a family of 3. But what really standup for us was the staff , they are all amazing and professional. We had a special connection with Tony from the from desk, he is one of the most friendly , funny and unique character we’ve ever met. Tony and the rest of the staff made our stay very pleasant , thank you to all of them. Tony , thank you for all your attentions and all the laughs you made us have. We will see you again!

Excellent stay and family friendly. Very clean and friendly staff. We accidentally left our pack and play at home, we told the front desk and they had a pack and play delivered to our room. Less than a 3 minute walk from TD garden and wonderful walking distance from restaurants. Would stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel because it is conveniently located across the street from TD Garden, we were going to a Celtics game. The only negative thing is I was told from a staff member that they have valet parking and I asked if it was a gauruntee during our stay for personal reasons we needed it and was told yes. Unfortunately, when we arrived the valet parking lot was full and we needed to park in a parking garage that was about 7 minutes walking distance away, not horrible, but was upset of the lack of communication. Other than that very satisfied.

I could literally hear the people in the room next to me banging all night. Why are these walls so paper thin? And adjoining doors? Why? Felt like me and my kids were staying next to a porn studio. Never staying there again!!! $400 a night and I gotta hear thus cuz you cant upgrade this dump?

The property is right next to the TD Garden. Couldn't ask for a better location. Check in was less than stellar. One week prior to arrival I called the front desk to ask for adjoining rooms - a member of our party has ADA issues. At that time it was stated that would not be an issue. At 9 a.m. on the day of arrival I called to insure that the rooms were adjoining and was informed that it was not possible. The rooms were adjacent but not connected. Which meant that i had to buy a baby monitor. I asked for an early check in for 2 p.m. One room was ready and the second (although already cleaned by housekeeping) was not made available until 90 minutes later. Other than these issues the staff was pleasant and courteous.

We booked the hotel after purchasing tickets to the Celtics. While we could have driven home, it was a great way to make the night special for our child. It was conveniently located, reasonably priced, clean, and the staff was friendly. We walked to the North End for dinner and were able to have a little staycation. We will be back.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s clean, has very friendly staff, and we were able to walk to just about anything we could ask for downtown. Breakfast was made-to-order and delicious. Highly recommend for families!

We picked this location because it was in walking distance to TD Garden. It had parking (even though it was $$). The lobby area was great and had a tv the kids could use while the grown ups had snacks/cocktails from the bar! They also did a themed breakfast since Disney on Ice was there that weekend. Very kid friendly!

Our stay at the Courtyard Marriot Downtown/North Station could not have been more amazing. We selected this hotel because of proximity to our wedding venue and now that we know what it’s like we’ll be staying there whenever possible and recommending it to anyone staying in the area. What a fantastic experience! Check-in was partially automated and allowed us to determine and log in advance our housekeeping preferences. The physical check-in process was a breeze and staff was welcoming and friendly- it felt like coming home. Rooms were immaculate, views incredible, and bathrooms were pristine and had a lot of natural light if we wanted it - great for makeup! Throughout our stay EVERY staff member with whom we interacted treated us like family. (We’re coming back to see you, Tony!) I just can’t say enough good things, and this is just the live-experience portion of the review. Multiply my sentiments by 10 because all of our guests reported the same!

We reserved a studio for the family and the room was very spacious. The hotel was clean and tidy, but since our room was close to the garbage can, it always smell when at our section of the hallway.
