Don’t stay here. Spend the extra few dollars and go to The Dagny up the street. Hotel is dated, only one set of towels in the room, AC never got below 80. Staff was rude and couldn’t be bothered to even make eye contact, just give me my room key. I didn’t feel like switching hotels despite the red flags. I had a death in the family and had to leave a day early. They offered me neither condolences or a refund. Spend your money at a better business.

Great staff and location. Nice newly remodeled property. The “new” room design looks great but lacks function. The beautiful bathroom shower is a trickle rain design that doesn’t rinse your hair. There is a hand held option but doesn’t mount downward for shower use. The comfortable bed is 18 inches high so you can’t sit comfortably unless you’re a child. The tv was glitching and constant pixel blur on most channels.

New Hilton brand called Canopy opened about 2 years ago in this downtown Boston location fronting along the Rose Kennedy Greenway. I had occasion to need to be near government center so I saw an availability to try it out. It’s nicely appointed and very new! The rooms are mid-sized and fine for two people with one or two children. Location is great! I would call it similar to a level of a new Courtyard by Marriott. Nice lounge and restaurant on site and good work space. Small fitness room is adequate.public self parking next door gives 24 hour in and out for $42 - a nice perk for downtown Boston parking!

Lovely hotel and helpful, happy staff. Uber clean rooms and super comfy beds. We had a lovely view of the north end. Despite the busy street/intersection, our room was so quiet and peaceful…slept like a baby. My new go-to hotel in Boston!

The property was perfect for our stay!! Convenient for walking and dining in all parts of the city.
Unfortunately we were not given a city view room as booked and paid for.
We also had to Leave early due to a family emergency , so disappointed they didn’t work with us on our funds.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for the first time visit. The valet was only $12 more than the normal cost per day plus tip. Well worth it. Enjoyed a couple of drinks at the bar. Our room had a city view and was gorgeous. So clean and we loved learning about the history behind the decor. An easy 5 minute walk to the North End to enjoy a delicious dinner. Overall great experience. Only negative was that our room wasn’t ready when we got there but it was ready with in 30 minutes and they stored our luggage while we sat at the bar. Very friendly staff and quick check out process too. We’ll be back and recommend to our friends and family!

Our room was not ready upon arrival. In fact it wasn’t ready until 3 hours after our check in time. Very disappointing! We were asked to go have drinks at the bar/lounge until our room was ready. And hour later the room was still not ready. After no update from the front desk, the GM (who stopped at our table to check on our stay), our waitress was able to confirm our room was ready. Kudos to her! We understand the shortage of staff and the hotel only being open for 2.5 weeks but having to wait 3 additional hours for our room with 2 kids under 3 was a tad challenging.
Our stay was enjoyable as it’s right in the heart of downtown Boston. Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Public Market, North End, aquarium all extremely close to this hotel.
