I stayed there on April 3 with my grandchildren and my husband. We stayed in a suite on the fifth floor. 523 to be exact room. The carpeting was soaked with rain in one bedroom and the living room floor was soaked as well. After letting them know in the morning, they did nothing. Not even a credit of some kind for the inconvenience.

Hotel rooms are very nice. Unfortunately visit we have made the pool has been closed. With small kids this is very hard. Once the pool is open will be a top notch facility. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast!

They are renovating the hotel which is making it very nice. I got an unexpected upgrade which was really nice. The pool is very convenient and clean for kids to enjoy.

There was construction going on in the hotel. It was a nuisance. There was no area for our Virgo to gather together as construction closed the eating area. Pool was closed so the kids couldn’t swim. Service was excellent. When the construction is over I think it will be a great place to stay.

This property is pretty worn and rooms are run down. Furniture is in poor condition and my mattress very soft/sagging.I stay here so that my children and grandchildren can stay in my condo. The convenience is undoubtable. Really think you should spruce this place up.

Everything are old. Old furniture. Don’t feels like it is like good hotel. Service is okay. Area is really good. And sofa for kid. For more room than 400$ . Not additional blanket. Nothing. Kind of bad surprise.

A very family friendly hotel. Absolutely loved the full buffet breakfast. The staff members at breakfast provided exceptional service. Loved how the hotel was walking distance to public transportation and the Star Market. Rooms were clean and nice.

Frustrated that website said there was parking and when we got there it was full and we were unable to park our car. We also didn’t have sheets in our room for the fold out couch, which is fine. But when we called to get some, we received literally sheets only and no blanket. When we inquired, we were told they were all out. Seems like you should have enough stock to cover all fold out beds. Our kids were cold with just a sheet. We also used the pool and got out to find no towels. I had to call the front desk from the pool to bring some while we sat dripping wet. It would seem like there’s some lack in stocking items. Overall, minor things except for lack of bedding. That is unacceptable and shouldn’t have been an issue. It’s basic expectations to have bedding when renting a hotel room!!!
