I was very disappointed on the condition of the rooms. There was a mildew smell as soon as you entered the hallway. The rooms had the same moldy smell. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. My family and I have stayed at the Red Jacket since my kids were very young. We have always loved it. I think it's time upgrades to the rooms need to happen.

I had a wonderful time with my family, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant was very nice , the pools and grounds were very clean, making plans to return!

The beach is beautiful and being able to walk right out the door to the beach was great. The rooms were out dated and some of the hallways smelled really bad. I brought it up to manager and they said they are planning on remodeling soon. I had a massage at the spa which was awesome!! It did get loud outside at times but it was families having fun so I didnt mind.

Great family getaway! Pool- indoor and outdoor as well as beach. Lots of things to do and/or ways to relax. Amazing with restaurant and bar on site. Great food!!

Great little private beach hotel in Cape Cod! The best part was that our room opened up to the beach which my 9 year old LOVED! The beach was still a bit too cold for BUT we enjoyed plenty of long walks. It’s also very kid friendly with indoor and outdoor pools plus corn holes etc. Our room was also next to the fire pitt area. All in all - we had a great time!

Great place to bring the family. Well thought out. Breakfast lunch dinner at the location. Beautiful views. Spacious rooms. Loved the deck relaxing with the family.

Everything was wonderful! The perfect place for families! Affordable, SO many options for kids- private beach on the ocean, kids club with kite making, pirate shows, games, popsicles, etc! Indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor spray pool, lots of restaurants within a few miles. The only complaint we have is the AC kicked on and off all night every 2-3 minutes and it was too hot without it. But definitely would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our family of four have been going to this hotel for many years. The hotel has not been maintained and the rooms smell musty, the carpet was damp near the air conditioner, the hot tub has been broken for the past few years and a fence was placed in front of it. It looks like an eyesore. The stay this year was significantly more than prior years and they added a surprise parking fee this year and a couple hundred in taxes and fees at checkout. We were told it’s because there is a new owner. We do not plan to return to this hotel next year.
