Close to the beach, close to skippers restaurant. Excellent soaps and shampoo. Super thick pillows. Smallest fridge I've ever seen, fits nothing thicker than a can of pop. Room doors aren't safe with children (no deadbolt). Slow check-in process at front desk.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! Not a typical Cape Cod hotel. Extremely clean and no mustiness. All rooms updated with a modern, streamlined IKEA style. Our extended family stayed in a dozen rooms and there were wonderful areas around the pool to gather. Beach is a very short walk across the street. Loved our stay!

First of all, the service was outstanding. Every employee was pleasant and helpful - a rare find these days! The rooms are sparse, but for a beach vacation, it’s all you need. Everything was super clean (bleach smell when we arrived). Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap all in refillable bottles rather than disposable little ones (less landfill!) The pool was clean and great for a quick swim. The pool area had tables and chairs which I saw cleaned daily. The room had a microwave but not a coffeemaker; coffee was available in the hotel lobby 7-10. Be warned - the fridge is tiny, only holding a few cans of soda - this wasn’t a problem for us but even saving leftovers could be a challenge. the hotel is perfect if you’re looking for basic comfort and a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The room was very clean and fresh. Also the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nicely updated hotel. Room and bathroom are a little small for a family of 4 (my kids are teens) but it was nice to have an additional sink in the room. Pool area is super nice and very clean. The outdoor hallways are a little dated still but it didn’t bother me at all. The hotel itself was very quiet. Great location, can walk to beach and skippers for meals and ice cream. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The place is newly renovated and soooo much nicer than lots of other old musty hotels in the area! The design and decor is gorgeous, and the layout of the rooms was well thought out. Everything was clean and new. The rooms were spacious, even for a family of 4. I love that the rooms had smart TVs so you can just log I to your streaming service and watch whatever you want (and they were the same TV that we have at home so they were easy to use!) More features that I loved: The rooms have lots of pegs in the wall to hang up all your clothes, wet bathing suits, towels. The bathroom was so clean and the shower had great water pressure! Beds were so comfortable and linens were soft and cozy. There was a bright light above each bed. Wet bar in the room was convenient. Built-in closet and drawers was a perfect alternative to the big bulky dressers that are offered in other places. They had plenty of room for storage. There was a seating area outside each room that faces the pool. The lobby featured a ton of snacks and foods you could make in your room or snack on during the day. The location was directly across from the beach, so it was much more convenient than driving and paying to park! There is also a delicious restaurant right across from the beach, which made dinner easy! The staff was so nice & accommodating, especially when we needed to reschedule twice due to covid. I’d highly recommend this hotel & will return!

A very clean and friendly hotel, trying to stay on the cutting, although not always sharp, edge of hi-tech (see OpenKey). Excellent location-to-price ratio. Since most rooms face the pool and common area, may become a little noisy, both at daytime (kids) and at night (frat boys).
