Overall enjoyed the stay for the price and amenities. Tip* beach space can get crowded. Everyone gets out there early and lays their chairs down to claim their space, leave, and come back later. We caught on by the second day
Pros:
Location, Beach access, Spacious Room, Booking Staff was communicative and accommodating, decent rates.
So-so: pool was smaller than appeared in pics 6ft deepest, hotel breakfast was not really an option as there’s no kitchen, kitchen staff. Parking is really tight. Activities room seemed boring and musky, not a lot for kids to do. Private beach area somewhat small, fills up at times.
Interesting vibe with timeshare community. While this place is family friendly and a few families were there, it’s seems more like a retirement community to me. A lot of folks knew each other and seemed to be regulars. We didn’t feel unwelcome but didn’t really click with any guests at the same time, kinda felt like a visitor amongst them. We also got the timeshare pitch, which we won’t be considering.

Great views, easy access to beach, great room, and plenty of space. There were activities for adults and kids daily. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Only drawback was the bed was not as comfortable as other times I've stayed.

Well-run, clean, and comfortable resort with fantastic views of ocean and nice beach for strolling.
The condo had a comfortable bed and large shower with plenty of towels, plus housekeeping stopped by each day asking if we needed anything. The kitchen was stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, and silverware, but be aware than the resort only provides one coffee pot's worth of ground coffee per stay, so bring your own if you enjoy having coffee every day without going out for it. (Also, sugar, salt, and pepper is NOT provided.)
Note: Yarmouth does not allow condo resorts to provide stoves/burners in their condos, so be aware that you'll have to do your "cooking" using a very small microwave. Also, the resort does not supply a toaster and the refrigerator is quite small.
We didn't get a chance to enjoy the indoor pool, but other guests seemed to enjoy it (saw families leaving the pool area looking happy and refreshed).
This resort is convenient to lots of restaurants, plus it's a short drive to downtown Hyannis and the Cape Cod Mall in case the weather doesn't cooperate and you're in the mood to shop. (Lots of great consignment/antique shops on Rt. 28!)

We’ve stayed here a few times during the off season - it’s been a perfect winter weekend get away for the family with the indoor pool & rooms that feel more like a home than hotel. I love how the room is set up with bedroom/bathroom and then couch/kitchenette/table. We have a young one that gets up early so even with that one of us still gets to sleep as the other entertains in the “other room”. The decor is actually really nice and everything is clean. We love the electric fire place- it gives it a nice look as well some extra heat. We bring things to make breakfast and lunch- popcorn for movies (you will have access to all your streaming sites) and board games. It’s in a great location- minutes away from 28 and about a 15 min drive to Hyannis (during the off season).

This was a last minute family vacation pick. The property building and structures are dated but you can tell they have put good efforts in updating the rooms and landscaping. We have new 3 month old twins and we appreciated the thick walls that new hotels don't tend to have. The pocket doors were great to have an area closed off from the babies when they went to sleep. Room was very clean and was great to have kitchenette for baby needs and bringing prepared food for a few meals between going out for food. Private beach steps away was great. Balcony was very small but served the needs of two adults just fine and possible to fit two kitchen chairs out there for morning coffee. Bay stretches around to be directly in front of your balcony which is nice since it doesn't face ocean. Can see sunrise (beautiful) and kite surfers from it. Some things we think could use upgrades to make this a top notch property is recommend getting updated carpeting in hallways, give outside of building a modernized facelift, and make walled in sun lounging area and pool area a little more inviting with modernized structures and bushes/flowers (Felt a little like "walking the yard" in there.) One other small thing but thought I'd mention it as it is in regards to customer service was that I asked for a toaster be put in the room before I arrived and they said they would. It wasn't there when we arrived so I called on day 1 and 2 for it, they said they would bring but never did.

We were off season and found this lovely resort right on the beach. Great for a couple with 1-2 small children or I could stay there 1-2 weeks alone. The studio is more like a one bedroom because there are double pocket doors separating the living space from the bedroom.
