I had a bad experience in this hotel. I stayed there for 4 days with my family. The bathroom didn’t have lock from inside. It didn’t close at all. I asked the front desk about the issue. It was so embarrassing. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

Our first room smelled damp and musty. The thermostat didn’t work in either bedroom. There also wasn’t a fridge in one of the rooms. We asked to switch rooms and we were moved to the second floor which was a little better. No smell, the thermostat worked, and there were fridges in both rooms. This room didn’t have a rack to hang clothes on. There is only one bathroom but there were double sinks separate from the toilet/shower room. It would have been better for there to be a tub in the family suite though since we had a one year old with us. Also, the door to the toilet/shower room was a sliding door with no latch or lock that kept wanting to slide back open. There was only one bathroom outlet near one of the sinks so it was a little bit of a pain for the second person to get ready at the same time. There was a microwave in one bedroom and a coffeemaker in the other, but it would have been nice to have those in both rooms. The hallways smelled awful. One time it smelled like cigarette smoke, another time it smelled like pee, and another time it smelled like pot. The breakfast wasn’t great. It seemed like it was sitting out for awhile and they ran out of a lot of things. The last night of our stay, we got back to the hotel and a group of families had blocked off the last 20-30 empty parking spots with cars and tables so they could have a “block party” to drink and let their kids run. I had to ask them to move so I could park but I wish the hotel would have kept it clear.

Staff and management were awesome, room was super clean and the beds were very comfy, even the pull out couch which was surprising. We travel with 4 children j see the age of 10 so finding a place that everyone loves is difficult but this place managed to do so! We had dinner at the Indian restaurant located inside the hotel and it was PHENOMENAL!! Overall I would give this place a 10/10

Check in was easy, the room was clean and overall the stay was great! My fiancé and our child took a trip to the cape for the weekend and chose to stay here for a couple nights and we’re glad we did! It was truly comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman that made my coffee in the morning was so kind. The gentleman at the front desk was truly a pleasure and easy to work with. Lastly the bar tender at the lounge made great drinks!! Thank you for the great weekend, we can’t wait to be back. Little constructive criticism, perhaps offer recycling and one day invest in enhancing the beds comfortability. It was very firm and didn’t give the “hotel bed” luxury feeling.

This hotel is only a few years old, and looks pretty nice from the outside. My family was without heat/hot water while our furnace was being replaced, so we decided to stay down the road at this property. While the building looks pretty nice and new, it was very dirty and falling apart inside. There was hallway carpet that was being held together by duct tape and the carpet and furniture in our room were badly stained. It's a cheap hotel, so I didn't really care. Then the TV in our room wouldn't turn on. Then the bathtub would not drain - at all. After two of us took quick showers, the tub was almost full. Finally, we just decided to go home and tough it out in our home without heat. I was very disappointed. For being a newer property, I'm a bit shocked at how filthy it was. When I checked out 2 hours after checking in and told the front desk attendant that our bathtub wouldn't drain, she just stared at me blankly. I will say, the Indian restaurant in the lobby is amazing. I would never stay at this hotel again - but I will definitely be back for for the Indian food at Keshar. Their food and service are A .

The location was great for our cape cod getaway to visit family, but the walls and ceilings are thin at this hotel. You can hear every footstep above you and every time a door opens down the hall.

The property was taken over by more than 98 children who were running, screaming and transforming corridors and common areas into a hockey field. Hitting hockey sticks pucks on doors and walls not letting us rest or rest. I booked a hotel in a completely off-season location so I could have peace and rest and instead I only got discomfort and stress. I even think that I should be reimbursed for those paid room nights.

Very noisy after 10 at night children running and yelling in the halls. Also very tight quarters in room. No chairs to relax onto other than desk chair or bed.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I checked to the moment we left we were very disappointed. We arrived at 3pm to check in and was told our room wasn't ready because it was too big and really dirty. The girl wasn't the nicest and didn't really care that our room wasn't ready. We were told to come back in an hour, so we did. When we came back it took about an hour to check us in because something was wrong with the fob on the door so the keys weren't working. The room was set to 90 degrees when we went in and there was a weird smell to it, along with stained cover chairs and a dirty feeling to the room. The water in the shower never got hot, it just got warm. The ice maker down the hall was leaking all over the floor. Around 9:30am the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate with our 4 very scared kids. I will never stay at this hotel again.
