Bayside Resort Hotel

Hotel is in a good location for exploring Cape Cod. Every member of staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is dated and badly needs a facelift. The aircon unit in our room sounded like a jet engine taking off. We were a family of 5 with 2 queen beds and they were really small so it was quite cramped. We weren't offered a camp bed but the day we were leaving, I noticed some in the hallway so they do have them. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing but not terrible either. The pools are great and well maintained. Where the hotel really lets itself down is with regard to the environment. In the entire place, I saw one recycling bin! And everything at breakfast is served on disposable plates and cutlery and guests throw everything into one bin. There is no attempt by the hotel to separate waste at all. Found this truly shocking in this day and age. As a European, I'm used to better than this and hoped for better.

Perfect for a family trip

Nice pool and breakfast for children

We had a great time at this property. We went as a family of four with a 2 year old and 11 year old. The place was great because everything was onsite if we wanted it to be. The kids could swim or go to the arcade. We could have leisurely mornings and go down for a nice hot breakfast and enjoy the view of the marsh/bay. Just a really nice location. Parking was ample and easy. No resort fees and only a $10.00 hold on your CC for incidentals which some other companies should learn from! The pool/sauna/hot tub facilities were very nice. The Pub was not open which was disappointing but you could see in that it would have been an amazing addition and really have taken the place over the top. We've been visiting the cape for 30 years and have always stayed with family, but can say confidently now that we probably never will again! haha We'll be back at Bayside!

The pool area was unsafe with all the kids jumping. There was spit all over the stairs. Not handicap assessable. We stayed here once before and the experience was good but this time not a great experience.

I stayed with my sons who are 5 and 10. The hotel was busy for school vacation, but it was quiet at night. The pool was open for kids at night until 10, and an extra hour for adults. We enjoyed the included breakfast - waffles, yum! We also thought the optional ice cream social was a reasonable price and a nice touch.

Loud families with children

This is a GREAT stay. I am here frequently for business, but it is a family friendly, reasonably priced place with lots of perks. Great indoor and outdoor pool in the summer, arcade for kids, gyn for grown ups. BREAKFAST IS GREAT! They think of everything and there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy. The Pub is closed, but they offer a free drink to a local pub and restaurant where the food is great. BEST of all, the Housekeepers do a great job. Squeaky clean. Hilghly recommended.

Great family friendly hotel in West Yarmouth. Affordable rates and clean facilities. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool is open late and hotel is quiet and relaxing when staying there during the off-season.
