Holiday Inn Express Andover North-Lawrence, an IHG Hotel

Everything so far has been great except for the kids running around in the halls being extremely loud.

It was very nice clean, and we enjoyed with family.

It was great! We were comfortable and on the same floor as the rest of our family. Even though we don’t have a dog it was nice to see it was pet friendly and very clean.

The stay here was fine. But this hotel really put us through a lot of hardships since before check in. We were unable to check in until 3:30 after driving 16 hours with two small children. Then the elevator was not working and we had to carry all of our things to the third floor. The staff did help us carry it. There were no towels or shower curtain in the bathroom. The following day we noticed there was an authorized charge posted. We had already paid at check in and when we called they said it was a mistake and could not explain to what happened. When we came back they said it was a simple mistake and we should receive our funds the same day. Next day at checkout they could not find these charges and acted like they did not believe me we had additional charges. I had to show my husbands bank account. They did not do anything to rectify this mistake. We left very upset as we had no idea what happened to our funds. Later we realized they charged us AGAIN for the stay. This is almost 700 DOLLARS. Which is ridiculous when you are out of town and on a budget with unexpected expenses. Everyone is obviously incompetent and should not work in this industry

Decided to stay here for a night with my fiancé since we were dropping our family off at the Boston airport and the only complaint we have is the elevator not working and the fact that the AC must’ve not been working in the elevator that was operating. There were some old stains on the carpet in our room I wish they provided more amenities in the rooms without having to ask the service desk for them but other than that everything else was great! People were super nice and welcoming!!

would have been very helpful to be able to leave the fan on all night creating white noise to drown out the crying baby and other noises.

Pleasant one night stay with family. Though the elevator wasn’t working, help was offered to settle in with luggages. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were all pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
