Comfort Suites Ocean City

We took a family trip to Ocean City MD with our 4 kids. The kids loved the pool and it was comfortable for all of us to sleep in one room with the pull out sofa.

Really enjoyed the pool, perfect for the small kids. Didn't like that the hotel was under construction, we were the last room before the construction started and it had a strong smell and heard some banging. Would have just liked to know so we could have requested another room. 2 of the games in the arcade room didn't work. The room was nice and the staff was great!

For starters the property is under renovations. The room was not ready when we checked in around 5:30 pm. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. I found a pink pill on the chair in our room thankfully none of my young children found it. We had no towels. The refrigerator was not working properly because it was frozen solid. Had to defrost my self. The front deck staff was no help at all. The manager doesnt seem to think customer relations is important. The staff you have at the front desk is the face of your company. And the lady upfront takes that to a whole new level. She had a mirror up on the counter and a make up bag big enough to fit the kitchen sink in her lap. I have tried to call customer service but just got the run around and hung up on. .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super nice and friendly, they even provided us a bowl for our puppy. The room was HUGE and the beds were so so comfy.... i had the best sleep. Breakfast was delicious, the waffles were a hit with the kids. The pool was a lot of fun and not too deep so i actually got to relax while the kiddos enjoyed. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave which was perfect. 24/7 coffee was available and such a plus!. Literally next door is a mexican restaurant and a Sunsations! We walked there. We are definitely coming back!

My family and I had a lot of fun

Not very clean. We arrived around 9pm and we’re unable to pull through the overhang to unload our stuff (with 4 sleepy children) because other hotel guests were playing corn hole and drinking in that area. It was very inconvenient to other guests and the hotel should not have allowed it.

Although there were babies crying next door & dogs barking down the hall, overall the stay was good. Some restaurant info in rooms & a channel guide for TV would have been nice to have.

Ants were present throughout the breakfast area. I was trying to pick up kid chair and there was ants all over it. For the money my family paid for this room I expect more from this hotel

My family of 6 stayed for Father’s Day weekend and it was very clean very close to the beach and Restaraunt will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Monday and Tuesday of my stay I had low water pressure and cold water and Wednesday we had no water for 6 or more hours with no communication. My children and I took Cold showers and I have a disabled child. “imagine that” I was refunded for Wednesday and given a $100 coupon. $100 does not even book another stay. I wanted a refund for Mon and Tuesday and I was told that wasn’t possible. Expedia nor the comfort inn suites west did not rectify the first 3 days in total of my stay. Imagine living under these conditions and it’s supposed to be my vacation. UBELIEVABLE. Disappointed and the situation needs to be rectified. As a healthcare worker the patient is always right . In this case with Expedia Vs the customer they did not hear my concerns or fix them.
