Comfort Suites Ocean City

Great place! Dog friendly with an excellent space for walking the dog. They have a fantastic play structure out there for kids too. Thankful for breakfast but the meats were gross. Sorry. Beautiful place with comfy furniture. Room description didn’t include sofa bed, so nice bonus.

We took a family trip to Ocean City MD with our 4 kids. The kids loved the pool and it was comfortable for all of us to sleep in one room with the pull out sofa.

All good, comfortable, good location, kids friendly, reasonable price.

Well, everything was good until the breakfast. My daughter has a service dog and the kitchen lady starts to yelling us because we have a pet in the cafeteria. All people look me and my family because was true, but not a pet is a service dog and the dog was under the table, quiet, doing their job. And she said I need to talk with the manager. Then she come back didn't say sorry, just said she’s trained because didn’t bark.

Nice friendly family hotel

We were impressed by how large and well-maintained the room was. When they arrived, my child couldn't stop talking about how amazing it was. The bathroom was also roomy and clean. The donated marlin in the entrance hall is also an eye-catcher. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was high-carb—the only low-carb elements were coffee/tea, soggy sausage patties, and mushy, low-flavor eggs. But there was plenty of space to eat, and the eating area was clean - no sticky floors or table problems.

Really enjoyed the pool, perfect for the small kids. Didn't like that the hotel was under construction, we were the last room before the construction started and it had a strong smell and heard some banging. Would have just liked to know so we could have requested another room. 2 of the games in the arcade room didn't work. The room was nice and the staff was great!

For starters the property is under renovations. The room was not ready when we checked in around 5:30 pm. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall. I found a pink pill on the chair in our room thankfully none of my young children found it. We had no towels. The refrigerator was not working properly because it was frozen solid. Had to defrost my self. The front deck staff was no help at all. The manager doesnt seem to think customer relations is important. The staff you have at the front desk is the face of your company. And the lady upfront takes that to a whole new level. She had a mirror up on the counter and a make up bag big enough to fit the kitchen sink in her lap. I have tried to call customer service but just got the run around and hung up on. .

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super nice and friendly, they even provided us a bowl for our puppy. The room was HUGE and the beds were so so comfy.... i had the best sleep. Breakfast was delicious, the waffles were a hit with the kids. The pool was a lot of fun and not too deep so i actually got to relax while the kiddos enjoyed. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave which was perfect. 24/7 coffee was available and such a plus!. Literally next door is a mexican restaurant and a Sunsations! We walked there. We are definitely coming back!
