I was impressed; outside may not look as wonderful, but once you walk into the Family suite, it was Amazing... the view of the Ocean was beautiful, and our balcony was overlooking the Boardwalk and above the Italian restaurant. the room had a bunkbed and 2 full beds and that room could fit about 8 ppl, it did have a jacuzzi which was really relaxing and the fact that you could just walk downstairs and be at the beach in 1min was great! It really was perfect for a family getaway spot.... looking forward to visiting again..... & the Pizza smell will def have u down there about 4 times over the weekend.

The room was clean, but it was small for the amount of furniture that was in the room which made it hard for a family of 4. The TV had 35 channels and literally 28 of them was the news or sports, that made it hard when it was time to settle down for the night.

WiFi is really poor especially for family with kids

I needed a very last minute room for two nights for my girls and I. Once we got to the hotel we could not find parking anywhere; there were maybe 15 total spots under the building. No big deal, I went inside to check in. I checked in, and was given a parking pass and room keys. No instructions. I asked where I could park the worker said under the building. I told her there were no parking spots- she told me to drive across the street and park under their building there. I went over there and there were also no spots there and very limited parking, maybe 4 spots. I ended up parking at another hotel and walking over. Once we got into the room, it was awful. Dark, dingy. Room 305- should definitely be out of commission. There is MOLD on the ceiling throughout the room, the sheets were dirty, like with actual brown substances on them. The bathroom was extremely filthy. I went to the front desk asked for a different room. They didn’t have any. I asked if I could do a refund and so I could stay elsewhere. They couldn’t do refunds without a manager and no one would be in until my stay was over. I spent $666, which should have been a clue for two nights in pure hell with my kids. NEVER ever again. Do better.

Was great experience at this hotel. The view was amazing and everything was closest to the hotel my family and I loved it ❤️

I chose this property because it put my family just steps away from the boardwalk which was very convenient for my elderly parents who cannot walk for long periods of time. The room seemed to have been renovated in the last two years because the carpet, furniture, bedding, and beds did not look worn. The room smelled clean, not like bleach, but like odorless air. The only minor drawbacks were the smell of the in-unit air conditioner, which emitted a sour, moldy odor when it ran. There was no avoiding this because sometimes the room got hot and the air needed to run. A cleaning of the interior of the unit and a more frequent change of the filters may solve this issue. Also, the toilet paper roll holder was missing in the bathroom. The mounting was still screwed into the side of the sink cabinet but there was no holder or bar to hang the roll so we could avoid holding the entire roll with our hand to unravel a wad of tissue. Parking is included as part of the stay but is hit or miss, which considering the hotel's popular location is mostly out of their control. You must find a spot during the day while other hotel customers are out or have checked out. This means if you leave you want to be back by maybe 7pm so you can secure a spot for the night. Otherwise, you'll need to find paid or free street parking spot nearby. I feel it's the price you pay to be near the boardwalk if that's where you want to be. And in my family's case, we were fine with that. Staff was very nice!

I came here for a quick get away with my family. It was on the boardwalk and it was close to all the boardwalk activities. The staff was professional and handled all my requests in a prompt manner. I definitely will come back.
