Park Place Hotel

Room was smaller than advertised on Travelocity. Photos were very deceiving. Black mold in the very small bathroom shower. Everything in the room just had an overall “gross” feeling to it. The lobby, elevators, hallways and even our room smelled like marijuana almost daily due to the other guests smoking in the rooms on both sides of ours, management did nothing about it except offer some febreeze. Atmosphere was pretty ghetto, unclean and loud. Not recommended to bring small children younger than 5 or 6 years old. Also, an additional fee for parking was not included when we booked through Travelocity, so plan to spend an extra $130 for the week if you dare to stay at such a poor quality place. Coconut Club menu was heavily overpriced and the food was not good at all. If you want good food and drinks, stay somewhere uptown. We will not be returning.

We had a great family vacation in Ocean City. The hotel was perfect and the staff was amazing. We plan to come back very soon.

This is the second time that our family of 5 come to this hotel. My 2 granddaughters love it. Twice a week at 3p the hotel offer "Swimming with the mermaid" This is not extra charge and my granddaughters had such great time they were so excited and happy. This was such a cute detail from the hotel administrator. The lobby of the hotel has vibrant colors which i think they are perfect atmosphere for the beach. Everything is clean and smells really fresh and good. At the lobby theres coffee, and hot water for tea. The staff are very courteous and treat us with respect. The hotel is located in the boardwalk it is such a convenient location on your left you have DD and on your right Dempsey ice cream Trashers fries you have the beach at steps from the hotel. We got ocean view wow! Let me tell you the view is spectacular, breathtaking beautiful. My family and i had decided to make this hotel beach Vacation hotel every summer.

We had a nice stay at Park Plaza Hotel. Staff folded towels into animal shapes which the kids loved. Overall it was clean, except the floor (the kids feet and socks were filthy from walking and running on it). It’s a great location and staff was friendly. Will look here first for future OC getaways.

The location is great, walk right out onto the boardwalk, at about the 2 mile mark. The housekeeper we had went above and beyond- she left towel animals every day and took requests from the kids for the next day! Everything was clean. We stayed in a room on the bayside and had beautiful sunset views. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect for what we needed as a family. It states two pools but only one was open (possibly because of off season?). Beautiful beach/ ocean views from our balcony. Very friendly staff.

The staff at Park place made my hectic family feel pleasantly welcomed. We truly appreciate each and everyone of the staff members for allowing us to enjoy ourselves during a hectic cheer weekend <3

Front desk people were amazing as soon as we walked in to when we left I definitely recommend using their bikes in the morning and going for a ride. They even had bikes to accommodate my children. It was the highlight of our trip. I would come Back to this hotel and recommend to all my friends and family
