Horrible service and the check in time was delayed until 4;30 pm. We were unable to get the room because it was not ready at check in so the family had to wait in the lobby or outside until the room was available but there were no luggage carts available to get the luggage to the room so that was another wait and our room wasn’t accessible for the wheelchair we had with us. Terrible experience, never again!!!!!!!!!!
