Front Desk staff was amazing and accommodated our date change after a death in the family.

Not quite sure how this location has a 4 star rating. Unfortunately we were traveling late in the day with a baby and by the time we got to our room and realized how horrifically disgusting the hotel was our little one had just fallen asleep so we had to stay put. The beds were so old that we were able to feel springs all night digging into our back. There were cheap dirty sheets over top of the 1990s mattress cover that had clearly been there for a long time to attempt to cover the old mattress. We found multiple chunks of mold in the shower upon waking up the next morning…which should have been expected after seeing the torn up carpeting down the 6th floor hallway. We arrived after nine am and planned on keeping the room until close to checkout but when we realized how foul the room was we chose to leave early first thing in the morning. I kindly let the concierge know about the condition of the room and he asked if we requested a new one. Shouldn’t all 4 star hotel rooms be the same? With the late arrival and a new baby switching rooms would have an extreme inconvenience. I wish we had left immediately upon our arrival.
