Hyatt Place National Harbor

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was very accommodating. I checked in on a Friday night and asked if they had accommodations for 25 people (a cheer team and their parents) the next day at 4pm and they were able to accommodate us in the restaurant. The service was great, the food was phenomenal, and they went above and beyond and even separated the bill by athlete/parent even though the kids did not sit with their parents.

This area is quiet, family friendly, with nice rooms, food options are plentiful nearby (walking distance) and getting to downtown DC was a breeze from there. Would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed the stay here at the Hyatt Hotel. It is one down fall which is the parking.There should be one flat fee for parking for the time you are staying here at the hotel.

Perfect for a family. Convenient location to the pier. Breakfast was excellent.

First time here with our family, super friendly staff...clean rooms....beds were ok could have been more comfortable but breakfast was good! I would definitely go back if we are in the area again!

Great hotel selection! Was needed for shopping weekend get-away and it worked well for me & my family. Be prepared to pay to park ($24.00) overall very convenient and many dining options. Looking forward to traveling back again during spring season!

Overall good hotel stay for a family of 3. I enjoyed the fact that there was a couch in the room. The breakfast is why I didn’t give the property five stars.

My family and I stayed three nights. It’s a beautiful hotel, right on the harbor, which had so many fun activities and restaurants. I hope to be able to go back.

We really loved our family stay here. The location was great and was in the heart of National Harbor and close to everything. It was a quick walk to the big wheel and the restaurants. It was also a very quick drive to visit Washington DC. It was great to have free breakfast and not have to worry about finding breakfast in the morning. The staff in the breakfast area were great and very helpful. Overall, the staff was also very nice. The only drawback is that there was no pool for the kids. There was also no hotel parking as well so we had to park in the public parking across the street which was pricey and it did not allow you to come back in and out on the same day without an extra charge. Other than those 2 things we had a great time! I would stay again!
