Too many kids no room to eat at breakfast and the tables and around thefood was dirty due to the kids getting their own food.

Hotel room was perfectly fine - spacious and comfortable bed and convenient to restaurant we went to for dinner. We were not people coming from out of town but rather just having a night away from the kids for my husband's birthday. Only reason I am providing a "good" rating is because when I went to take a shower in the morning after my husband, the hot water was gone :( So I had to jump out to avoid a cold shower.

Comfortable and spacious room for family of 4. Extra towels (for 4) without having to ask. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Park once and walk around National Harbor. Def would stay again.

The room was huge. And one thing I love, when I visit hotels, is when they leave “plenty” of towels and wash cloths for a few days - especially when turn down service isn’t daily anymore. This Hampton Inn left 4 days worth! In addition, the hotel was fantastically convenient for my conference at the Gaylord and other restaurants in the area within walking distance. When I come back to DC with my family to visit, we will be staying here. 100%.

Everything was great except definitely need bigger towels the pool towels were a good size for my infant but not me or my teenagers and the room towels could be a little bigger The staff was very friendly and breakfast was a good variety the staff also made sure it was constantly stocked.

Went for ICE exhibit at Gaylord. Why pay those prices when the Hampton Inn was right across the street with free breakfast. Clean, comfortable and free parking. My only complaint was no housekeeping. You had to request and I didn't know that or maybe my kids were making so much noise when I checked in that I didn't hear it.

The pool is not heated... kids could not swim because indoor pool water was freezing. Makes no sense to have indoor pool in a cold climate region and its not heated!! Dont pick this hotel if looking for pool for kids when its cold outside.

I took my grandbabies for a weekend getaway and we loved it. We will definitely be back
