Arrived at 8pm and the beds were not made. We left allowed them to clean the rooms and came back they had given the same room to another family and this family had put soda all in the bed and open water and poured it on the floor.

The elevator was broken and I had to walk up flights of stairs to the next level. The whole time. Ppl have luggage, children, strollers etc. Ti lug up those stairs. I was not happy about it.

Great stay for families! So many activities around during the holidays and you can just park and walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best hotel at national harbor! Manager went above and beyond for me and my family. Hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Easy access to everything and right beside my favorite restaurant the walrus. Trust me go get the crab cakes!!!! Can’t give this hotel enough praise and thanks. Especially to the manager that was there on the 18/19 of December 2023. The best!!!!

Only thing I wasn’t so appreciative of was the inconvenience of the parking..Everything else was perfect..Will recommended to family ,but will warn them about the parking
