I LOVED the hotel! It was nice, quiet, and clean. Check-in was quick. The food was EXCEPTIONAL, even when ordering from the bar. I like that there was a live musician playing on Saturday night near the bar. Room service was QUICK and friendly. I had a lake view from my room, which I really enjoyed. I didn’t have time to personally enjoy the lake because I was spending quality time with family in the area, however. I am DEFINITELY coming back to enjoy the lake…and the SHOPPING!

I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor not fronting the atrium. I paid for a lake view. I’m on the atrium, it’s nearly 11pm, it’s very noisy, kids are running through the halls and the front desk is telling me there is nothing they can do. I stayed here once before and had a very good experience. I have 3 additional rooms booked for family members tomorrow night and am worried that they will have the same experience.

First time staying at the Lakehouse. Beautiful setting and our room faced the lake. Front staff were very friendly and helped give us suggestions for lunch. The BEST were the comfy pillows!! Slept like a baby!

The Lakehouse was recommended to us by a family member. We were very impressed with the accommodations, the staff and amenities. It was our anniversary weekend and we celebrated with a fabulous meal at the LAK restaurant! It was also close to the Capital Jazzfest that we attended on Sunday. We will definitely be returning in the future.
