We had two rooms. The room for our kids had a toilet that didn’t flush. They had to use our bathroom. The hotel said they would give us a new room, but the key card didn’t work. Three times they said it was fixed but it still didn’t work. So we were stuck with the broken toilet. The staff was friendly and tired to assist. The manager agreed to give us a 15% discount for the trouble after we asked. The location is decent. You are close to everything by car and/or trolley. This hotel needs serious updating to fix issues. It’s old and somewhat run down.

This is an older downtown hotel that has been lovingly cared for! The rooms are comfortable (although our king room was a bit small). My family's rooms were double queen rooms, and they were much larger than the king room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were updated and spacious enough. We were told the onsite restaurant was not casual, but we saw people dressed rather casually. The only real negative to the hotel was that we arrived around 6pm, so we had to park in a parking garage that was down the street and around the corner. It was probably safe enough, but if I had been traveling alone, I wouldn't have felt safe in the area. I would recommend this hotel for a family.
