Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans

The staff here was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast, drinks, and kick back are such a great deal and unlike any hotel we’ve stayed at. It helped us make the most of our time and trip. Great place for families!!!

I give a 5 star ratings to this hotel. There are so many great things about this place that I don't know where to begin. First of all, we as a family, have decided that we are always going to stay at this hotel whenever we visit NOLA. Beginning with the staff at the front desk, the bar, the kitchen and restaurant, and the cleaning staff, everyone is very courteous and soft spoken. Check-in is extremely smooth and you can drive you vehicle to the parking garage at your room floor level. They charge a nominal fee for overnight parking but the best thing is you can use your vehicle anytime you want without paying anything extra. Rooms are extremely comfortable. You get 3 free drinks of your choice as a welcome and free dinner. The hotel is in the heart of the downtown. Everything is walking distance including the reiver walk, French Quarters, restaurants, casinos. If someone is not into walking, there's a tram that stops next to the hotel. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great hotel. Free breakfast. Wonderful free drinks and food from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Convenient to lots of dining options. Walkable to Bourbon Street and French Quarter! Our room was nice and spacious. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet and family friendly! I highly recommend

Great location close to transportation and all that New Orleans has to offer. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Parking is reasonably priced and allows unlimited in and outs which is a plus. The breakfast and kick back that were included in the cost of the hotel were great perks, especially when traveling with children.

The property was amazing 1st and foremost customer service representative ( front desk ) was ok but the room was beautiful and clean the kids loved it as well and would we most definitely stay here again....

I didn’t like that you had to keep your room key available to use the elevator. This cause an inconvenience when having bags or a baby in your arms.

My family and I stayed for 6 nights and everyday Jamie greeted us with a huge smile and was always ready to assist with dining or tour options. Breakfast and the complimentary drinks were a welcome addition.

We stayed for Mardi Gras and the location of the hotel is perfect for Carnival activities. You are in walking distance from everything. The staff was professional, kind, and extremely helpful during our stay. The hotel is serious about security, and we felt safe our entire stay. There is a kitchen and bar set up for free for guests during designated time frames and I thought that was just perfect. Because the staff was friendly and represented the people of New Orleans well, the atmosphere reflected that, and we found it admirable. I will definitely be returning by myself, and with my family.
