First and foremost, Ms Rashad Johnson was amazing. This was a trip for my daughter to attend a dance workshop in the hotel. During our stay, we had a mishap with room service. I didn’t expect anything except to return the food and get more. This amazing woman went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure my kids got their food and more. We stay in a lot of places, not everyone is kind. Kindness really goes a long way. The hotel is older, but clean. The beds weren’t stained, the bathrooms are clean, the floors are clean, there’s no sticky floors, very accommodating.

Right on the edge of the French Quarter. Walkable to many of the attractions with increased police presence making the area safer than in the past. Not the quietest hotel on a Saturday night due to the increased volume of traffic and people in the city but overall a good place to stay for my family.

Incredible service and comfort. Very clean. Luxury feel. Amazing view in the lobby. Perfect location on Canal st. The staff was AMAZING and so HELPFUL! I checked out and forgot I had left some clothes in my room’s closet. Working with the Front desk staff and the Loss Prevention crew was great. Aaron with Loss Prevention was extremely helpful in working to get my lost items back. Kudos to him! And much thanks! I’ve stayed here a couple times but This staff is family to me now! And I will always be coming back.

The staff was wonderful and very nice. It wasn’t as nice as I was expecting. Some areas of wall paper peeling. Sheets were dirty on arrival. Issues with room service. Pool is way smaller than appears in photo (not really kid friendly with any adults in the pool). Check in and out was very easy.
