I really liked this property, ALTHOUGH I left a pillow and a tiny blanket given to me by my mother, which was really special to me. I did call and retrieved the pillow, little cute blanket gone. Whoever cleaned Room 701 on Oct.1, has my blanket. Sharon looked everywhere for me to no avail. So I have to assume the maid took it. So Im really upset. I really hope the person enjoys the baby blanket my mother passed with!! Otherwise, everything else was great. So if someone would like to contact me to find my blanket, let me know. Im upset beyond words!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice. Very clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out.

This property is great for those who like quiet neighborhood. I had kids with me, so I wanted to live in a safe and quiet place in New Orleans. Staff services in rooms are great. Free parking and wiffi.

I always stay at this hotel, thanks to a local family member that referred our entire family here when we visit! I love the friendly staff & the breakfast is really great in the restaurant too. I did not like all equipment & material laying around due to the work being done or the not so good parking conditions. The pool area also does not like they really want ppl to enjoy it, there were no towels out there for you to use, very minimal chairs around the deck for seating either.

I was bothered by noisy construction during my stay. 8am on multiple mornings, I heard loud drilling and hammering while in my room trying to sleep. Lots of highway noise at night from the nearby flyover. The building outside needs a wash/repaint as it has become dirty looking. The pool water was dirty and the pool light was pulled out of the wall with exposed electrical cord floating in the water. 20 kids and their manchildren were roughhousing around the pool. Hard pass next time

Upon arrival, the bathroom was filthy and had to have them clean it, the next day. Room smelled must. Sheets had pen ink all over them as if a child scribbled all over. I didn't take any photos and really should have. Work had my mind mostly and didn't want to stress over it.

Car club goers were tailgating outside lobby doors, was not family friendly upon our arrival. Front desk staff very professional and helpful. We called twice one night for shower soap replacement . We were promised help, but it never came. Had to call 3rd time the next am, it was replaced promptly.
