It was our first NOLA trip and our stay here made it perfect. Amazing experience, from the staff to the rooms and the breakfast! Our flight arrived early and check wasn't till 3pm- we didn't want to bring our bags while we walked around JacksonSquare so i called if we could leave our bags until our check in time. The morning staff gladly took them out of our hands and kept them safe. We really felt the awesome hospitality and genuineness. Even the uber rides were exceptional. The fact that Walmart is right next to the property is also a huge plus. We will definitely come back here with our family on our next visit.

The absolute best staff ever. The only down fall was there was a dirty wash rag sitting in the corner of the shower. Other than that an amazing stay. The most comfortable bed and bedding. My family loves staying here. Breakfast is really good and lots of choices.

Ima truck driver been on the road for sometime just need a break peace and quiet well. The hotel is very nice staff very nice I think a security guard or something might be needed. Couldn’t get much sleep adults an kids running up an down the hall yelling screaming banging on peoples door then running all night wish people would have some kind of courtesy for others .

There were many kids left unattended. It sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The hotel staff did not do anything about it.

The staff was so kind and helpful during our 3 night stay. If you have kids, it’s close to a great playground as well as a good pizza place. Room service went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

It was a great hotel as far as cleanliness and comfort. However, they knew upfront I had kids and put me on the 4th floor, then proceeded to call me 4 times the first night because my kid needed to quieten down. This was all before 9:30pm and he’s 3. So off the bat we were not off to a good start and I was not impressed. The next day we wore him out at the zoo and he was asleep by 9:00 so I didn’t have any issues.
