Overall was a good stay. Can tell hotel is showing some wear, example in the shower. Also, musty smell when you enter the room, perhaps air conditioner/heating unit need a cleaning. Breakfast was good. Check in was super fast. Thin ceilings/floors, could hear walking, kids running above us.

Front desk lady was flirting with the young man in line in front of me. We found stains on the bed that may or may not have been from bed bugs and asked to move to another room. The lights in the hallway were out and the front desk lady was walking around. I showed her the stains she said to give her 10-15 minute and she’d get back to me. After 30 minutes I came to the desk and she was checking in guests. Seems she forgot about us. While checking in to the new room a family bought ice cream from her. Later in the night she slipped the invoice with a note for me to pay for said ice cream the other family bought(they paid cash after she asked if they wanted to add it to their room).

Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and clean. We had our 3 grand kids with us and room was large enough for all of us

Stayed with our large family in two rooms. Very clean and modern property. Breakfast was great. The only drawback was that our rooms were on different floors. Staff said they were booked dull so they couldn't change it...

Great breakfast. This hotel had the best lught blocking shades of any hotel I've ever stayed at, they also had a nightlight built into the bathroom, something I think should be standard. The only SLIGHTLY negative was the pool was quite cloudy. The hot tub was wonderful and the kids still enjoyed the pool.

Was woke up to someone in the room when the kids opened the door to see who it was they had ran off front desk said housekeeping wouldn’t of been there that early and just looked at me and said that strange who u think it could be … like duh if I knew I wouldn’t of been freaking out

Hottub did not work. No out of order sign(absolutely disgusting to have a hot tub not working and allowing kids to still go in there). The only reason I drove 5 min from my house, was for the hottub and the pool for me and my kids. And the pool was freezing. Waffle machine was out of order. So we spent money just to sit in a room. Absolute waste!!!

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay. Extremely convenient with great amenities. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom! No complaints.
