I had an amazing stay. We even got a goodie bag. I was so happy with the room. The hotel was super clean. There was also so much space in the rooms. When traveling with my family this is the hotel we choose.

We arrived before the actual check in time, and when we arrived the Front-Desk Staff, (Nicole I believe) made sure we could get into our room, we had an excellent time. When traveling with kids under 10 they want to get out of the car and swim usually. The breakfast was really good, the only thing missing from breakfast was a breakfast meat. There is eggs, waffles, fritatta/omlette, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, toast, oatmeal, and juices. While there we were visiting areas around Florence, and upon returning to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was Eslen and Katrina. They were both upbeat, happy, and excited to make sure that every guest was happy and satisfied with their stay. Both women went above and beyond for the customers. They always said hello, asked if you needed anything and constantly were moving to make sure everyone was taken care of. These two were exceptional employees, they were knowledgeable about the area and willing to make recommendations to restaurants and attractions in the area. I am from the Metro-Detroit area, and brought the staff some soda available in the Detroit area and made sure that they knew they were appreciated. I especially make the time complimenting to the staff that are deserving and make sure everyone and everything is above and beyond!

Great hotel for families! Lots of amenities and the complementary breakfast was well-varied and pretty tasty. Katrina checked us in and was so kind, making sure to go over all the amenities, breakfast hours, and local happenings. Even though there were plenty of families in the hotel, we didn't hear a peep from other rooms or the hallway. We will definitely use this hotel during future travels!

Clean well kept property, great for the family

Both rooms were nice for our family place was clean. Staff was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints.!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at. It is located right off the interstate making travel easy. Property is located around 15 minutes from Creation Museum, 30 minutes from Ark Encounter, and just minutes away from Cincinnati airport. Lots of nice restaurants within a mile and basically across the street from the mall for those who like to shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and if you get a chance, sit outside by the fire pit. It’s very relaxing and you can watch the airplanes land and take off. Goofy Golf is right next door. Portable cribs are available for those traveling with little ones. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, this hotel is the place to stay.

Me and my family had an amazing stay. The staff was very kind and friendly. We stayed 3 nights 4 days. Monday morning at the closing of breakfast my family and I experience the older lady get upset with some crumbs being on the bar. She then turned around and disrespected the workers when they came out from behind the bar to do their job " she said ya'll just wait, let me do what I need to do then you can come out and do your job. Pretty much sent them back into the kitchen we thought it was very rude of her to give off such level of disrespect in front of the guest. I figure if she did it then it probably happens everyday. Tuesday morning the same older white lady put out some out of the refrigerator cold biscuits for the biscuits and gravy, when I realized it was cold i asked why" she said she had just put them out", and I believe it to be with an attitude she told me " if i just needed my biscuits warm, I guess I can warm them up in the microwave like she really didn't want to do it. Putting cold biscuits on the bar, hoping the gravy will warm the biscuits up was unacceptable. That lady really had a bad attitude. There was also a dog in the swimming pool which I thought was nasty and unacceptable. I have never traveled and saw the pool closed down for cleaning the way this hotel did. I'm not sure if it's policy or not, I've just never seen it.Other than that our stay was great and we loved our room. House keeping was awesome and amazing.

Very nice stay. Good breakfast, clean rooms, nice pool for the kids, and close access to restaurants.

Great rooms for big families!!

Would like staff to keep hot water/coffee,tea refilled at all times. Laundry/washer was not working, kind of inconvenient due to needing to wash clothes my baby niece threw up on. Everything else was nice.
