Comfort Suites Florence - Cincinnati South

Nice big rooms for our family of seven. We had adjoining rooms as well. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was very good.

Our stay was great. Very quiet and comfortable. I just wish the pillows were a little more comfortable. But every one is different. Our family will be back.

I stayed for 2nights and the first night I was there I someone else was given a key to my room and walked in on me and my children while I was taking a nap. The front desk never called me so when I called them they said they were confused, offered no apology and when I asked to move rooms due to not feeling safe I was ignored and offered a 10 voucher at the snack center. I called the company and never heard anything back.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit our grandsons family in the area. Never had a bad experience. Very clean and comfortable rooms! Highly recommend this hotel!!

I like it was centreal to Creation Museum and the Ark...also many places to eat. With an indoor pool our grand children were able to enjoy when the weather was bad outside.

Stayed on our way up to family in IN. And liked it so much that we made a point to stay on way back to Florida. Did laundry on site and pet friendly. Nice and quite with spacious rooms.

Very clean, staff very friendly, excellent complimentary breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance. Within 20 minutes of both places we planned to visit. Traveling with family. We would use this hotel again.

Booked a handicap room. There was a tile that was raised up right outside of the shower that def needs to be repaired. Had to point it out to my grandmother so she wouldn’t trip or hit it with her wheelchair. Called the front desk 3 times requesting more toiletries. They were never brought to us. Went finally to the desk and had to request them but there was a lady just sitting there. We were located in the back side of the hotel, heard people outside all night long in between our building and neighboring buildings. Heard loud pipes/plumbing above my bed all night long. And kids running around late and early in the morning. Our couch had several stains on it. Someone opened the door to our room with another key while we were in there watching tv, didn’t knock or anything. Cobwebs/dust on the wooden room divider, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was nice, however the refrigerator was not working properly and we called the front desk but nothing was done about it! The maintenance man never showed so water leaked from the fridge all week! We had to put a towel on the corner of the fridge to keep it shut! The toilet seat was not stable and was coming off as well..The sheets had hair on them and the down comforter was stained really bad and not washed..it was yellow and moldy looking when it was held up to the light! The people above us was very noisy with a kid running around for most of the evening! The breakfast was ok but they ran out of food due to a big group being there..The front desk folks and housekeeping staff were very nice! I'm not one to complain at all..these are just my observations and thoughts for improvements!
