Staybridge Suites Florence, an IHG Hotel

We stayed in a suite it was very nice and comfortable good value for a family of five

My kids and I stayed here for a night and were pleasantly surprised at the nice hotel for the price. I didn’t know the area well and selected a place for the night based on price. I would stay here again.

We had a group that we took the Creation Museum. We booked eight hotel rooms at the Staybridge. This hotel is excellent! They are so kind and accommodating. It is clean, they were willing to help us out if we needed anything, and the breakfast had plentiful options. The families really enjoyed the pool too!

It was amazing and the employees were amazing! Best place I have stayed with my family in a while! Definitely would recommend and come back!

Was perfect for our family

Staff was incredibly nice, my kids went to the “pantry” and the manager ended up buying their food because the card declined (they didn’t take cash app). They rooms and hotel was very nice and clean! Very pleased and impressed with our stay! Thanks everyone ❤️

We have stayed at quite a few Staybridge hotels and suites and this is by far the most dissatisfied and disappointed stay and visit we have had. - front desk service was accommodating - they didn’t have the happy hour service opened at all, website says differently, disappointed. - some of the dishes in the kitchen area were dirty - microwave was dirty on inside - my spouse and our children have some allergies and dietary restrictions yet for 4 straight mornings, they served the exact same breakfast items. Not one thing was different any morning. Other Staybridges we have stayed at switch it up mornings and have more options. -neither of the kitchen staff was friendly nor inviting. Didn’t smile nor greet anyone. It was our first time to this city and will come back to site see Cincinnati but will not be staying in this hotel again.

Our stay at the Staybridge in Florence was very nice. We were there as a family so my wife and oldest son could attend a 3 wheel vehicle safety course in the area. The hotel was very clean and the room was great for what we needed.

This has to be one of the nastiest and dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed. We moved rooms three times, and it should have been a fourth after another discovery. The first room appeared to have been already occupied/used or a lounge area for the employees. The second room appeared to have dog fecal matter in two spots and a top to a diabetic needle just laying in the middle of the floor. I was told it wasn’t dog poop, however, it looked like poop (maybe baby poop since they didn’t want to say it was dog excrement). The third room had dried blood on the shower curtain, the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks from the brown ring, and 95% of the dishes were in the dishwasher and not the cupboards. Door knobs were extremely sticky. This place needs the Board of Health/Department of Health to reassess their communicable diseases prevention measures. The manager sent an email stating she’s issuing me points. I don’t want them.

The suite had plenty of space for our family. Liked the separate bedroom area and kitchen.
