Quality Inn

We stayed 1 night to visit with family and to look for rental properties and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean both the room and reception area. The complementary breakfast was amazing and the staff so friendly! Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!!

This hotel is outdated and noisy. When we arrived and were in our room, several doors on our first floor hallway were propped open on the security lock (housekeeping going in and out of rooms) and pretty much all day and night you could hear doors slamming shut or small dogs barking...hard to get any rest in this noisy hotel. Then, at 5:30 p.m. after we arrived and were all (family of 4) resting after a long drive from out of state, a housekeeper walked right into our room (without knocking and without asking if anyone was in the room)...lucky for her our dog is friendly (quiet and well-behaved) and did not approach her or escape while she entered our occupied room. The breakfast was lacking appeal along with the outdated furnishings throughout the hotel. We will not return to this hotel who also charged us an additional $30 per night + the $20 pet fee ($50 additional dollars plus the hotel nightly rate) because our dog was 50 pounds and not 20 pounds.

We stayed at the Jameson Inn in Richmond Kentucky over Labor Day on our way south for a long family holiday weekend. The Jameson Inn was halfway along our trip and a good place to stop for the evening on I-75. It's fairy new. The staff was very friendly. The room rate was also good. The breakfast was average. The only downside is that the rooms are a little smaller. We had 2 adults and 2 children in one room with 2 double beds and it was a little cramped.

I was very pleased with this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and affordable. The pool was a bit small, but the friendliness of the staff and the quality of my stay made up for it. The breakfast area was very clean and had a nice selection of food, even for young children.

We only stayed one night while traveling, like we often do, on the trip from GA to MI. The hotel is one of the most clean I have been too. The lights in the bathroom were super bright, almost too bright but it did allow me to see that everything in there was spotless. The room smelled clean, including the AC unit. The sheets and pillow cases were crisp and has that faint bleach aroma. The mini fridge was bigger than normal, so we stored our leftovers perfectly. The free breakfast was just enough, and for 4 people saved us quiet a bit of money. Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee was all delicious. The kids really enjoyed the waffle station. Once again, every surface was clean and the food was well maintained. Thank you quality inn, this family will be back. :)
