Quality Inn

Myself and my family wasn’t able to shower. When the shower was turned on the toilet started to overflow. A man came and plunged the toilet and said we couldn’t use the shower. He then said we could go to another room to shower but upon entering that room we realized there were personal items of a man in the room and the bathroom. I brought this to the attention to staff and was told they would look into it. Unfortunately they didn’t even try to make it right with us.

it was so late, almost 1AM we had been on the road driving for 11 hrs & we just wanted to hit the hay! we checked in, as we enter our room, not only was it the wrong room, I had booked a king room, it was a double bed room, but it STUNK. The room literally smelled like mold, musty, just disgusting!!! I don’t know what was going on, but I know I wasn’t sleeping in there! So went to the front desk, I stated my concerns of smell & the fact it was the wrong room. The gentleman was very kind & got us a different room, & stated they double booked my king suite so this is what I got, which was super upsetting! so we go to the new room & as soon as I walked in I was like absolutely not, it STUNK as well, same smell!! It was so bad my husband & I were not sleeping in there!!! So again, around 1AM, we went back to the front desk & apologized but asked for a new room because we were not sleeping in there!! So again, this gentleman was nice & got us a new room on the 2nd floor (hoping that maybe a different floor would be better). we get up there, walk in, i was like you have to be kidding me! smelled bad again, not nearly as bad as the previous 2, but still, come on!!! how do you expect people to “rent” these rooms smelling like that!!! It was so late,I told my husband I wasn’t going back down!! so we stayed but wasn’t happy!! bathroom door was also broke, it looked like someone punched it in! thankfully we were just passing through & won’t be back! expedia rated it 8.8/10, sadly wrong!

Close to my family for me. Will definitely be staying here more when I am in town. Clean, safe, quiet and easy parking. Bed was more comfortable than what I have at home.

There was a lot of garbage in the area surrounding the parking lot, but the inside was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly with me and my family and the room was spacious.

The sheets were clean but there is a horrible smell in the rooms and hall. The pool is not treated properly and is very cloudy. Was worried to let my kid swim in it. We could not get out quick enough.
