Hilton Garden Inn Louisville East

The hotel is very nice and clean. The main issue is that there is no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is 11.95 for adults and 8.95 children. Not much to choose from for the price. Good thing is that there are plenty of fast foods near by.

The check in girl was friendly. There was a bus from Detroit there with a youth football team. They ran the halls and screamed until after 3am in the morning. I was in room 130 and had to be at my job location at 6am. I ended up with 1 hour sleep!!! I walked up to the front desk at about 12am and told a girl there, not the check in girl. She knew it was going on because it was right there on the 1st floor and you could hear it everywhere. I can back and asked again if they could tell them to be quiet. She said she would talk to them. It was not 1 or 2 kids at was dozens! And some adults with that group were partying also. It was impossible to sleep. I thought the room was nice for the price but it turned out to be a miserable stay. I ended up sleeping for a couple hours later on that morning in my car. I will never stay there again.

The staff and service were very nice and made my family and dog feel welcomed.

We only stayed here to use the pool for our daughter’s birthday. The bathtub did not work properly for me to bathe my kids. The stopper was broken, and there was no shower curtain to take a shower so it was annoying. Ended up getting a shower curtain brought from front desk….just never had run into this problem before. Overall, my daughter did have a good birthday and time at the pool with her friends.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping, eating and visiting with family. The lobby was large and the staff was nice. The pool water was clean and warm, but on the small side. There was a breakfast, but it was not free. Some tile loose in the bathroom but overall the room was clean and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
