The pool was a nightmare. Kids needed supervised. We sat there for 3 hours waiting to get in the hot tub that was full of kids so little they were in life jackets while their parents were OUTSIDE drinking. At 930 my husband and 17yr old son decided to attempt the hot tub since there were only 2 little boys in it (with water guns) then a group of preteen girls (softball team) jumped in and were groping them in their privates. Also we were hearing kiss running, jumping, and screaming all night that kept our 2yr old up all night. Something needs done so that adults can enjoy all the ammenities

The manager on duty was unwilling to enforce rules at the pool which was filled with children upon our arrival. There were few adults and supervision was lacking. They were running and jumping into the pool and hot tub and there was no consideration given other guests who might have wanted to peaceably enjoy those amenities. The manager on duty was ignorant of stated policies and rude and dismissive of complaints. I did contact corporate and received the refund I requested. Hopefully they have retrained or replaced that manager. Otherwise the property is ok.

The full dinner and breakfast were great! Nice happy hour with soda and popcorn for the kids as well. The staff was very friendly, also.

My family enjoys staying with Drury Hotels because of the amenities & good locations. We were within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to visit on this family getaway. Breakfast & evening meal were good with something for everyone. Our room was clean & comfortable. We would stay here again.

Staff and rooms were great, location was great. Close to Momma's Mustard, Pickles and BBQ and 15 min from Univ of Louisville. The hotel is a beacon for families with little kids so be prepared for loud pool times. Pool was indoor outdoor which was cool. Food was ok, your basic free breakfast. Breakfast and the afternoon time meal there was not enough seating, and it felt very close together. We had to eat in our room which was a hassle. Hard to get around all the people and tables.

The staff seemed bothered to help, even for check in. The food was terrible which is one of the main reasons for staying at a Drury. The evening food had obviously been reused multiple times to the point where hot dogs were shriveled up and burnt. They put out Bbq pork that was also burnt from reheating. And breakfast was just as bad. Eggs were slimy, hasbrowns mushy. Bad enough that instead of a free breakfast my family went to the bob evans next door and paid for food. The bathroom was dirty and tub full of soap. Our fridge in thr room was broken with jagged plastic hanging off. We checked out and ended our trip a full day early because of the experience.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Decor and furnishings are an upgrade from Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express. Staff was efficient and friendly. We appreciated the included dinner as well as breakfast. Several families with young children were staying when we were here.

There was a urine smell in the elevator on our first evening (probably from a child who had just left the pool, almost assuredly accidental). The smell was gone the next day. The breakfast is very good, did not try the dinners but the place was packed. Great freeway access, nice people. Overall a solid 9.0

We had a great stay overall. I would recommend spending the extra money, and choose the suite option if you are a family. This worked great for our family of four. The only things we were bothered by were the lack of elevators (2), and the lack of seating options in and around the breakfast and dinner area. Other than that, we had an excellent stay. Chad and Lilly were very helpful and accommodating.

Looking forward to staying again some time. The room was comfortable, Somewhat noisy with children running in the halls in the evening, and what sounded like a motorcycle club next door. The handy cap parking could be better set up near the front door. The complementary eats, both for breakfast and evening munchies were Over the top...Am truly looking forward to coming back
