There were screaming kids till 2 in the morning running the hallways which I understand they were not the staff kids but there was no control which so ever

We usually travel out west to visit family in Arkansas each year. This time, we decided to take a little different route and planned to stop in louisville. As always, I use Expedia to look at ratings four different properties. This property had excellent ratings and I decided to try it. Needless to say, if we travel this way again, we will certainly stop here next time.

I went to go give my kids a bath on the morning and found pubic hair in the tub. They could clean their rooms a little better but rather than that it was a good stay. I did mention the issue with the tub as well and the hotel did nothing except say sorry.

This was a one night stay with kids - just passing through. Property was clean and updated. Breakfast was great and staff was courteous.

One night stay on a family trip: check in was perfect, room already made and everything working well. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Checkout was pretty simple and easy. Will definitely stay again.

I never leave reviews for much of anything - but my experience at this hotel was exceptional. It was clean & the rooms were new and decorated nicely - our room was very quiet. The owners greeted us for a hotel sponsored Cinco de Mayo celebration and we had a chance to meet them. The hotel is family owned and they were super nice. I will stay again and I highly recommend it!
