We had to make a sudden trip to Louisville, KY for a funeral and the staff accommodated us as much as possible, was very friendly, and expressed deep sincerity for our family's loss/ the occasion for our trip. Great staff and very friendly people.

Great hotel. They were under construction, so a bit of limited parking, but all worked out. The pool was really cold, so the kids didn't enjoy it as much as they could. But overall, great stay.

The fact that you’re close to Kentucky Kingdom was a huge plus but no free breakfast is a HUGE downside. I have 3 kids and that’s the only reason why we won’t come back to this hotel. I love everything else but having no free breakfast makes it so your customers don’t want to stay with you.
