The staff was not super friendly. We got a noise complaint after being in the room for 10 minutes. Apparently our room was above the from deal and they said they could hear us walking around and one of my kids 4 was running;). Well, at 2am we heard the room above us walking around. (They weren’t being “loud” just walking around) but we were surprised it was so loud to wake us from sleeping - I was even wearing ear plugs. We did not hear people in the hall or doors closing or even adjacent rooms just from above. We will not stay there again. Staff was just rude.

Very clean, comfortable and updated rooms. Nice breakfast. Very good water pressure and hot water for showers. Parking was plentiful. Close to airport. However, I would recommend booking a room on the top floor, as we could hear every step the people in the room above us made. I assume they had children, as there was much running and loud thumping as if they were jumping off the bed, and it continued way into the late hours. Also, we booked because of nearness and shuttle service to the airport, only to find out shuttle service does not run on weekends. No problem though, the staff provided Lyft service, which was awesome. Overall, I would stay again-on the top floor!

The front desk threatened me. I’m traveling with my 3 kids, I’m a professional and travel a lot but this one was a personal trip with my kids. I do not ever come into conflict and hostile situations with people like this. It would have been less scary if my kids weren’t with me, but I feared for their safety. I intend to file charges and get my money back.

Great beds, typical way too soft pillows, spacious rooms with microwave and mini-fridge, spacious bathroom with a fantastic shower. This was a family trip, so the pool and the complimentary breakfast were greatly appreciated. Will absolutely stay again if in the area.

The stay was great. The hotel felt very safe and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the indoor salt water pool. We loved being able to watch our netflix shows during our stay. Room and hotel was very clean.

Decent service, they looked at us odd when we checked in late, but traffic. The beds were comfy. Right next to the airport, but you couldn't hear any planes. Breakfast selection had my kids happy.
