Comfort Suites

We were very impressed with our stay. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast went above and beyond what I am used to seeing at a free breakfast. You can tell the employees take pride in what they do. Extended pool hours and complimentary coffee/cocoa/juice 24 hrs a day were a huge plus when traveling with kids!

From the moment we arrived, we could smell a fresh clean scent in the lobby. It was a late check in and our arrival was met with a greeting. Our room passed my lysol and clorox wipes test. The bed and bathroom was clean! Our bed was so comfortable, my hubby and I almost overslept! The free Breakfast was plentiful and the young lady responsible for keeping the area clean and food replenished did a great job, all with a Smile. I was so impressed. My hubby and I left a tip. We will return soon and have shared our experience with our family and friends. How can you not return with service like that!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The hotel itself is in fabulous shape. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and very nice. Sometimes you don't know what you're going to get when you visit a dog friendly hotel and this place exceeded our expectations. The continental breakfast was better than some breakfasts I have had restaurants and the woman working the breakfast bar, Jacquelyn, was the SWEETEST. She even made up "to go" goodie bags for my kiddos for the rest of our road trip. Would highly recommend this place!

It’s a nice clean hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool. Pretty good breakfast selection with plenty of sitting space.

The staff was awesome and very polite and attentive! But, we got tk our room and itbwas still dirty and beds unmade. There was baby powder everywhere. They cleaned it promptly as there were no other rooms available. But due to the hurry it was sufficient but still had baby powder on surfaces. We got free chips and waters for the inconvenience. We didnt ask for anything.

It was a great stay. Great location for The Ark Encounter. Didnt know about the pool until we were checking out. It is hidden and no signs. The room was comfortable and they do daily service of trash and new towels. Breakfast was wonderful both days. They do provide juice, water, coffee all day as well. I was glad I had brought my ear plugs as the upstairs guests had children running until 10pm and up 5am. I could also hear the neighbor snoring through the wall. Soundproofing was not thought of when building this hotel.
