This hotel is close to family so we like staying here. Always quiet and clean. The staff is very helpful. I would easily recommend this Holiday Inn & Express to anyone.

The property was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was very courteous. It was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. I would have given this property an all-5-star rating however, the Wi-Fi was not working during my stay, though the staff said they had called for repairs. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Holiday Inn Express for the win! Our family (with 2 adults and 2 young kids) loves this hotel chain because it's so reliable and great for families. This Holiday Inn Express in particular was super clean, convenient(24 hour laundry), and had really helpful staff.

This hotel is a blessing to be close to KU med center. The area isn't the safest, but I was so happy to have a place to stay, shower, and have breakfast while visiting family in the hospital.

I will never stay at this hotel again. I was overcharged. Teri at the front desk was very rude and bit helpful at all in fixing my charges. I book the room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday because i had a family member at the hospital for a brain injury. I did not get a hospital discout either. I ended up paying over $900.00. Do not go there. Go to the hilton evev if it is 7 minutes from the hospital.

I rented three rooms for myself and family members as we were in KC for my son's wedding. We loved the hotel and found it perfect for our needs. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to the Plaza and Downtown. We would definitely stay here again. Book far in advance if you plan to stay here. They fill up fast.

We rented 6 rooms for my family to stay in during my grandmothers funeral. They were very accomodating, they put all of our rooms on the same floor. The staff was awesome save one man who was rude to several members of my family but the manager took care of him. Overall the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathrooms were large

We only stayed for one night but felt very secure at the hotel. The hotel looked modern and clean, smelled pleasant, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a nice spred for breakfast. The downs was the pool was not very big and was only 2'9" deep, great for young children but not so much for older ones and adults. There was a used condom left in the trash can in our room and an open bottle of lotion in one of the draws, and are a little on the firm side.

Fantastic location with excellent service and responsiveness. The self-park and valet parking were full when we arrived, but we were accommodated in valet-parking. Had an upgraded deluxe double on the 15th floor. Room was spacious and clean, but tub drained very slowly so difficult for 4 family members to individually shower in the morning. 2 minutes walk to Gateway National Park entrance made it a perfect location.
