The pool and jacuzzi are always full of kids. Allowing adults more than half an hour without kids crowding would be nice.

1ST night, room had toliet that would not flush, sewer gas odor, broken coffee maker, broken refridgerator and HVAC would only blow COLD air. Free Breakfast was horrible. Everyday meats were undercooked, chicken sausage was green. Just cheap sugar and carbs for kids. Tried to find another hotel but they would not credit the rest of my stay. Finally got a manager to get me a different room

Very kind and friendly staff. Our room was so comfortable. This is a great hotel for families but it is also quiet.

Entire hotel was clean and well kept. Loved the location since it was less than a 20 minute to many attractions. Breakfast was always busy but good selection of choices. Kids loved the pool. I loved that my kids could charge snacks, etc. to the room so I didn’t have to send them with my card each time they wanted something. Everyone at the front desk was nice and happy to help!

There was 0 air conditioning on the floor we( my family and I) we put on(9th floor the very top) No one qt the front desk warned me or my family. The a hotel cleaning staff informed us Saturday morning (8-26-23) on the elevator that the AC was out. That person said "ordered back in February and they say we are to get the AC unit and the AC fixed on Monday." Which was the day after we left. 88° in our room in a heat wave. I was glad I brought a small cattle fan with us. When I booked there was 0 mentioning of the $20 per day for parking. Which I had to pay or there was no where else to park.

Pros: **great location **The two African American women who work the front desk in the mornings are very friendly **Check in was easy/fast **The Business Center has EVERYTHING you could need **Nice selection at breakfast for the most part **Clean room/bathroom/linens - very clean. **Responds to maintenance requests quickly (see below) **The person with the space buns, facial piercings, and winged eyeliner (in dining services) is quite possibly the friendliest person on earth - they should be working the front desk/management Cons: **They charge $20 per night for parking. No hotel should charge for parking unless there are valet services. **Parking garage spaces are very narrow. Not good for SUV's **The first two days we were here, there was no skim milk or dark roast at breakfast, and we were down there early. **Unless you want to be mowed down by running, unattended children who are trying to get to the waffle machine to make red velvet waffles they won't eat, go before 7:45 a.m. **The room a/c leaves a LOT to be desired. **They do not change the towels/linens unless you stay for at least five days. **Lola, in dining services, has NO PROBLEM changing the trash cans loudly right next to (I mean less than two feet away!) people who are eating. Nobody wants to have a used trash bag waved in the air next to them while their breakfast is in front of them. I'm pretty sure that's a health code violation. **Have to take two different elevators to get to the garage - not easy.

Nice place to stay. Would of like family to all stay on one floor so we could visit or plan things better.

Pleasing staff, clean & comfortable rooms, plenty of room in breakfast area for visiting w/ family & friends. Decent breakfast offering and the staff kept it supplied. Disliked the garage exhaust smell by front door unloading area.
