We love staying at this hotel. We stay about twice a year and every time we stay we are reminded why we choose it. Even the valets are incredible!! Great location and the rooms are big and can fit our family of 4 nicely.

The accommodations were comfortable after moving to a different room. The first rooms bed was too soft. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not working. Only in the lobby. We were there for over a week, so my personal Wi-Fi was charged due to being out of area. We purchased breakfast that was prepared in the lobby bar a few times. The bartenders were nice and prepared our drinks as requested. We were allowed to use the restaurant on a floor below the lobby for a family gathering, which we appreciated. It was nice to be within walking distance of the Country Club Plaza for dining

I booked 2 queen beds for my family of 4…when we arrived I was put into a king bed with pull out couch. Front. Desk didn’t tell me at check in that they were sold out of 2 queen beds. when I asked, of course there is doing they can do about it. Very frustrated and he was not overly helpful.
